Also, piglet, you came straight from Atkins. If you're eating more carbs now it might take a little while before you release the excess water absorbed (by the carbs). Most of us coming from LC had to wait for our bodies to adjust some. Just a thought!

Oooh, YES!!! how did I not notice (or remember) this!? Great point! I always stalled (or gained big!) when stopping LC. This is an excellent point! Maybe your bod's just adjusting to the change in foods, too, not just the EOD rotations.

Oh man, I never thought about that!! I'm now eating way more carbs than I was a month ago, so that makes total sense! Thanks for pointing that out; I actually feel way better now!

Thanks everyone for all the support! I'm the only one of my friends not doing a daily calorie restrictive diet, so it really helps to get the support from people on the same plan.
