So far still on my first cup of coffee.
Not sure what the rest of the day holds, but I think I need a trip to H-Mart for some veggies.

Saturday is always a DD for me after a weekend of indulgence, potato day for me, nothing fancy just baked in the oven for dinner, had a few sliced and microwaved at lunch, low cal hot choc before bed, job done!

Just waving hi to my fellow DDers! The usual 70 cals for the morning: coffee with sf creamer, gummy probiotics. Our plans for the day changed...not sure what the rest of the day will bring now. I am with you, kismet. Dd fri, sat or sun can be rough!!!

Still having my coffee and will bump to iced tea or iced coffee later in the day. DH plans to attend a wine-tasting but luckily it's not the kinds I like! So, I'll go, pick out to bring home some I've tried before, and still enjoy the trip. And it's right down by the Farmers Market so it's a win-win. Might have a small dinner but probably only beverages until tonight. I went over a bit on my UD yesterday so I'll under indulge today. Enjoy your weekend!!

Ok, figured out the shake was 163 calories. Used 1/2 cup raspberries. OMG so yummmmmmmmmmmmy! Must get to the store and get more of this protein powder!

7pm and just two cuppas so far.

Have made a glucpud from vanilla yogurt and lots of strawberries and raspberries. About 150cals.
DH is out, so I'm going to watch Salmon Fishing in the Yemen and have a glass of red wine.

Total = about 300 cals
Actually feels very decadent!

I'm having a mixed up day. I had Mt. Dew at 3 am because there was nothing else to drink in the house besides water, and no I didn't choose water lol. Then I had a cappucino from the gas station that was nasty and sickly sweet at about 5 am. I drank about 1/2 of it before I made some real coffee. I don't really know how many calories I had before then. I'm at 180, since 8 am, and I guess I'm sticking with that number. Probably going to be a MD because of circumstances.

Hope you enjoy the bridal shower ouizoid.

Well, girls, I did make it a UD I guess. I had a half of a turkey salad sandwich and some fries. After I added up the damage, including the late night soda and coffee, it seemed the best thing to do. So, even though I didn't eat but one meal today and it seemed pretty skimpy, I guess I have had my UD cals because of the margaritas I'm drinking now.

1 cup of coffee= 30

This is what I made for my bedtime snack to be eaten soon:

5oz cucumber with homemade sesame dressing= 60
4oz daikon radish with homemade sesame dressing= 65

Total= 155

If I'm still hungry:
Magic pop= 15
Laughing cow= 35

Total=205

As of 9:30pm my fitbit said I burned 1552. I did a 40 minute bike/elliptical workout today. With out that workout I would not normally burn my 1580 that the calculator gives me with "little to no exercise". Gonna have to think about that UD number after getting several days worth of info from the fitbit. I'm not likely to be able to exercise 7 days per week so my calculated UD number is sadly probably too high.

Wow, Carly!!! I know that walking for an hour only burns about 500, so you must be really exercising hard. I can't imagine burning nearly 2000 calories in a day!

I went in the hall stairway and climbed the stairs a bit, but the rest was just doing laundry and grocery shopping. It came to 1552 as of 9:30, but my UD number is 1580. On work days I doubt I burn that since I'm stuck at my desk most of the day. I may have to drop my UD number based on what I seem to burn on work days. My 1580 is supposed to be my UD with little to no exercise, but that is what I get with exercise.

DH went fishing this morning and got 2 Trout, so we had them for dinner... yum! Except for the bones. "I HATE THE BONES" -- not quite the KFC slogan, but close enough for me. I had one fish for about 170 calories, and 2 cups of spinach, for another 60. That plus my 30 cals for 1/4 cup of Orange Juice to take my meds this morning leaves me a few calories for a cup of yogurt before much longer. Good day! DH did his wine tasting -- he probably lost quite a bit of calories due to all of his drooling, but he said there were some very good ones (Italian) and managed to select some to bring home (bought me 2 bottles of Port as well). I didn't even have any of the bread and cheese they had available but it sure looked yummy.

I wouldn't lower it, Carly. Keep in mind, you're also burning calories while you're asleep! You've only had your FitBit on for 1/2 a day, not a full 24 hours.

That means you burned off all but less than 30 calories. I'd think you would need to keep some of the calories for nutrition. If I were you, I wouldn't lower my UD calories just yet anyway. Maybe I'm not understanding it correctly.

Yes, the Fitbit numbers seem pretty high compared what we think of as burning calories during exercise. If you noticed when you first put it on you probably "burned" over 300 just waking up. Those are calories our body burns just doing normal body functions. Mine said I burned 2018 calories today. When I go into my Log it shows that I earned 408 food calories. It would probably be the 408 number that would show up on the elliptical not the 2018.

I can't tell you the amount of days I fell off the VLCD wagon for the sake of a vodka and coke zero, apparently food isn't an issue but I do like to be sociable

I just found out "Bit-o-Honey" has less than 30 calories a piece. SO, one piece at 30 added to the rest of my calorie brought me in at 370 -- and with that, "Goodnight Judd Budds"! Another successful DD!!!!

Mmmm YEP! Gotta love Juddd...have a few of those on a DD? No problem!

LG- margaritas are certainly a downfall for me! I was glad we didn't end up at my dad's house yesterday or I'd have been with you on a DD turned UD for just that reason!
