Saturday Up Day- What's your plan?

I'm going to have eggs and greens this morning, a date lunch at our local churrascaria(meat, veg, and bananas) with my Honey for lunch, and possibly some quiche for dinner.

I'm not really sure. Starting off with a BP coffee for breakfast and going from there.

WOE: Whatever plan keeps me around 150 lbs!
B: Everything bagel with cream cheese, coffee, iced tea

DH is teaching a class this morning and took Keira with him, so I have the morning to catch up on some work (at work). We may meet for lunch when his class is out.

L: Sushi?

D: ??

I'm seriously considering going back to either no fasting, or 5:2. It's been very hot here, and I'm still getting chilblains which seemed better controlled when I wasn't fasting. I'm also not happy with where I'm losing inches back in WLM, and think I may go back to maintenance and reevaluate at a later date.

I was so focused in WLM, and now I feel like I'm kind of becoming very fickle with the whole maintenance thing.

Made my version of eggs benedict:

In a double boiler, put 2/3 cup nonfat yogurt - any style
2 egg yolks
squeeze of lemon
touch of dry mustard or Dijon

Bring water to a simmer and whisk. Will get thin and then thicken up. Scraping the cooked egg off the sides helps.

Today I had it over baked egg cups. Took Canadian bacon and lined a muffin pan, added my egg (and egg white from the hollandaise) and baked until soft boiled stage. Topped two with 1/3 cup sauce for a 310 cal breakfast.

The holllandaise itself is 170. And absolutely delish

Tonight I am making cali shepards pie with a pound of ground buffalo I have in my refrig. And I am drinking wine. Maybe even too much wine.

Dawn, have you been taking any bootcamp or ab classes? I also heard that pole dancing class helps trim the tummy. Whatever you choose to do I know you'll give it your all.

B: Consisted of the gym, Walmart and traffic. By the time lunch rolled around I had low blood sugar and I was beyond grumpy.
L: Chicken burrito bowl from Chipotle.
D: No idea. I shall keep you posted.

I'm actually on the train right now headed to Central Park to see Mariah Carey who I have been obsessed with since I was five and my friends keep asking me where I want to eat in the city for dinner. Who can think about dinner right now? I'm about to see Mariah!!

I haven't, but I'm thinking about checking out some new classes. I have some spinal and hip issues which affect my performance, so I'm a bit nervous.

And I'm SO jealous you're getting to see Mariah! Have fun!
