Saturday tomorrow Which means being on the water for me (with waterproof suncream this time). :jump joy:

B: coffee with MCT oil and lecithin: 158kcals

L: soup with MCT etc: 260kcals

D: cocoa with MCT etc.: 260kcals

Running total of 678kcals which is at the outside edge of my maintenance kcal allowance.

My least favorite day for a DD is Friday, but we have summer Friday's and getting out at 3 makes life easier.

B: Water
L: Key lime chobani yogurt (180c)

Me, I have a graveside service to go to today. Friend from High School's Dad died July 2nd. It is 2 hours from where I am. I am meeting another high school friend 1/2 way for lunch and then we will head there. Hoping to keep it to just the lunch calories.

Chicken pecan salad 500c

If I get really hungry this a.m. I will have strawberries/cottage cheese 100c

Hoping to keep it to just that.

I am planning on some probiotic drinks, plenty of water, and some spinach and salmon later in the day. I ate past the feeling of comfort yesterday, so I am really looking forward to a light Down Day. PLUS, I'm going SHOPPING!!!*

Lisa, I'm already dreading Sunday DD. That's my least favorite DD for some reason. Just think, next week Friday and Sunday will be UDs!

I'm back from my spree, and sipping on a probiotic drink. Not really having any hunger today. I might change my plan to liquids only, and save the salmon for Sunday.

I had chicken broth and greenbeans equaling 90 cal..then for supper I had 2 cup cooked cabbage with a little pork tenderloin mixed in..under 300 for the day!!! I remind myself a lot that I can have it tomorrow..And I will have the rest of the cabbage anf tenderloin in the a.m. with an egg on it..YEA!!

This is how my unplanned DD turned out ..

B- coffee with soy slender chocolate (42)
L- sugar free drink
D- 2 slices Ezekiel toast with 2 boca vegan burgers (300)
1/4 cup cottage cheese with 1/4 cup garbanzo beans (116)
Crio bru with 1 T. HWC (50)

Total for day 508, assuming that is all (feeling pretty content right now so probably that'll do it).

No breakfast for me...try to wait 16-18 hours before eating.

Nibbled on some Kirkland Steak Strips = 78 calories

Made Shirtaki noodles tonight with green beans, grilled peppers and onion, egg whites and a sauce made from PB2, lime, soy, and chili sauce = 215 calories.

And...Friday night 6 oz of white wine with a couple of ice cubes to make it last!

Total = 425 calories.

I am hungry and it is time for bed!

My DD plan changed a little

B was coffee with HWC (50)
L was coffee with a tsp of cocoa, 2 tsps of HWC and a tsp of splenda. I figured it at around 50 cals.
D was 2 HB eggs, 1/4 C tuna, 1 tbsp mayo, mustard and relish with a Pepsi One.

Came to about 410 calories or so.
