A sunny morning in the far-flung NW of Scotland - i may even be so bold as to say it feels almost like summer - we may even hit 20C today. Maybe.

B: Black coffee with coconut oil and butter
L: Omelette with cheese. Strawberries
D: Meat loaf, steamed veg

Total = 1615 kcals

L: 1 slice of pepperoni stuffed crust pizza
S: Yogurt, Coffee

B - caramel macchiato :heart: (made at home with Starbucks Dark Roast, frothed HWC and WF Caramel Syrup), small piece of Betty Light WW toast w/ crunchy PB
L - 2 slices of healthy heart black forest ham and a small chunk of aged white cheddar
D- sausage and tomato, pepper, zucchini stir fry w/ sweet chili sauce (Brown Sugar Blend Splenda, garlic, onion, chili flakes and a bit of juice from the chopped tomatoes)
Snack - one square of Lindt 85% dark and probably a half glass of dry white wine after hockey

Evie- I wish we only had 20 C here, it is 90 F here (about 36 C)

B: scrambled eggs, lamb burger
L: lamb shoulder chops
D: cottage cheese, yogurt, blueberries, bananas, mango, honey

B: One egg, one egg white, soft boiled in the micro, with one slice 25 cal boiled ham and one slice 60 cal TJ's sprouted wheat toast

L: Dino's Gyro for a going away party - one chicken gyro and a large greek salad

D: Two grilled chicken legs and a couple of glasses of white wine.

Cal = 1680

This is my first UD and I am absolutely giddy. And scared for tomorrow!:p

Small meals trying to r/u tummy issues:

B-nothing but coffee
L- 2 separate small servings of BBQ chicken
S- Greek yogurt with blueberries
S- handful of chips
D- salmon burger sans bun, tiny portion of macaroni salad
S- 3 Mike's strawberry margaritas ;)

Thank goodness those strawberry margaritas don't seem to bother your tummy, Melinda! There's gotta be some upside to this thing! ;)

Weeeeeeeeeell, they were alright, but didn't sit great in the tummy at bedtime. I think I ate way too little yesterday (hellooo, 3 of those is 600 cals!). It was nice not having any cramps or ick yesterday, though!
