DD Tuesday - What's on the menu?
 
I'm having a higher DD today, a friend i haven't seen in a while is coming for dinner - we only arranged it yesterday and i don't really want to have two UDs in a row. This will be my only meal for the day.

D: Chicken, bacon and goats cheese with roasted vegetables - 830 kcals (50% of UD allowance so Maintenance mode).

Had a bit of a crazy past two weeks, still managed to keep at the same weight without gaining, even put on a bit of muscle due to increased exercise (sports).
Nevertheless, I'm back for more (as I will be consuming a ton of cals for a beach volleyball tournament this Saturday!)
B-raspberries, one square of Linddt 85% dark and creamy coffee
L-club soda and Crystal Light Margarita mix, 80 cals of lean deli meat
D-BettyR's waffle and WF Marshmallow spread

Breakie - coffee - 50

Lunch - Salad (15), Cucumbers (16), Honey Dijon (0) - 31

Dinner - Tuna, Angel Hair cabbage w/onion - (? -will check when I get home)

Dessert - 1/2 c. greek yogurt, WF syrup, 1 T grape nuts (could be a snack before I get home...)

Hey fellow DDers!! Hope everyone's doing ok this morning!

Hopefully today will be a "normal" DD for me. So glad it's not a weekend one, those are hard! Going to enjoy not having to eat today...coffee w/ sf creamer, my gummies (LOL) and hopefully lots of flavored water today.

Supper: Strawberry and rhubarb Glucpud - 140 cals
Cuppas: 45 cals

Total = 175 cals :cool:

I had to change my dinner menu somewhat because I forgot about the 2 chicken breasts I had to cook. So, I had angel hair cabbage, 3 oz. chicken and a LC wedge. :) I am at 365 cals for the day, and that's good.

Great job on the super low DD, Flossy!!!

Oooouu :eek: how, do you get the cabbage to turn out like angel hair? TIA

I bought the angel hair coleslaw in a bag (Doles), and cooked it like regular cabbage. It's delicious mixed with a little chicken and Laughing Cow cheese.
