DD Monday - plans?
We won't mention what has happened the last 4 days. Hitting the ground running with a great DD today! Had a great weekend with friends. I don't regret any of it.
Protein shake 180c
cottage cheese/strawberries 100c
cottage cheese/tomato 100c (or salad 95c)
Forgot my lunch meat....darn it!
Tonight, baked potato and mushrooms 155c
maybe another protein shake if needed.
Hoping for 600c

I am with you zipp2play, I am not going to discuss the last four days, but I am hitting the ground running today too.
fizzy water with lemon all day and coffee
then maybe a 500 calorie dinner
