Gosh that sounds good, Flutter!! Why wouldn't you eat it now, lol? All of these ideas sound yummy. I love the coffee/whipped cream frozen dessert idea too.

ETA: I started eating dinner (salad, steak) and got full before I finished either. Drinking some diet peach tea now...still have dessert in mind for later, but not craving anything at all and am completely satisfied.

I like all of your ideas!
I used to have yogurt for a snack but the ones I liked with the fruit had so much sugar. I started taking fat free plain greek yogurt and mixing in splenda and cinnamon then dipping in fruit like strawberries. So good!
Yesterday when I did my low carb UD I found I had a hard time getting up to my total calories because I cut all the carbs I was used to having on UDs. I ate some watermelon in the evening but that didn't add as many carbs as a donut would have!

I'm under my UD calories too, Kismet. That is unusual for me too, lol. I'm not FAR under, but still...I'm usually over.

'Cause I'd only had 800 cals today and decided to splurge on a reeses blast (like a blizzard but better) tonight instead.

True! I really do need to get another box of fudgesicles. It's been a long time since I made those!

Cheesecake is my favorite low-carb dessert. Having the fat and protein, with a bit of AS, is just enough to satisfy my desire for 'a sweet' without setting off cravings. Also, plain old custard- eggs, milk, cream, vanilla, nutmeg, and AS. LOVE that creamy texture.

I did eat some of the lemon curd on my lc ice cream. Then I ate some pork rinds and onion dip. Then I ate the last of a bag of cheetos...fortunately there were only a couple of pieces left. Overall, did fairly well.

I've gone back to doing JUDDD with low(er) carb. It helps tremendously with the appetite control. The only thing is that on an UD, I have to fight to make it to my calories! On a DD, I do the HWC thing until midday where I have my YoCheese Pudding and dinner is usually a low carb "blueberry cobbler". It does have a little raw oats in it, but it's very yummy and satisfying.

I adore carbier things, but they just set my appetite on fire. If I do up the carbs a bit, it's on Saturday since that's a set UD for me, but try to not go overboard.

I swear, my head does this plan perfectly, but my body fights it every step of the way. I know one thing - I'll never be accused of not trying to lose weight!

Today is an UD and I don't know if I'm going to make my calories if I avoid carbs for the rest of the day LOL My protein shake has 0 carbs itself but I add milk and blueberries so then there are some in there. Tonight I am having a Joseph's low carb pita and tuna salad. I don't have anything else in the house to make up the calories except watermelon and I don't think I can eat 1000 worth of that I know there is sugar in fruit but I feel it is better than other things with sugar and high fructose corn syrup and stuff like that so if I had to make a choice I'd choose the fruit.

I'm already thinking of abandoning LC. I'm not a huge bread eater (bread only a couple times a week, if that), but I love ice cream and cake (occasionally), or pie on a UD. I also can do without rice. I like it sometimes, but it's not something I crave especially (although I do want to try the new Thai restaurant in town)...trying to think of carbs I'd miss...not particularly a potato lover either. Nope, just sweets. Oh, and crackers sometimes, ocassionally chips. Anyway, I think the thing for me to do, if not LC, is avoid eating until lunchtime, at least.

Kismet, add some extra mayo to your sandwich and some cheese. That should add about 400 calories. Then the watermellon will get you close, especially if you have a watermellon martini!
