You are doing great slimnana! I could only hope to have that body fat level a year from now.

I think the consensus is Halloween for the next challenge. That should be fun!

Thanks! I'm still trying to figure out what an ideal healthy LBM for a woman of my age is, before deciding on my new goals. In the last 4 mos. I've gained 6 lbs. of LBM and lost 6.5% BF. With no real weight loss on the scale, except for up and down the same 5 lbs. around TOM that has always been the case.

I'm currently at 144 lbs. scale weight, 21% BF & 114 lbs. LBM (but I think that 2 lbs. of that is still from water retention because of my irregular TOM). Using the BFFM calculator to figure out my ideal weight goal, if I plug in 20% BF & 112 lbs. LBM, then my ideal weight = 140 lbs. (with a weight range of 135-138 for water weight fluctuations).

So at this point in my life (mid 50's & peri-menopausal), I'm not sure where to go from here. Maybe I should just work to reach and maintain my ideal weight range according to the BFFM calculator, with 20% BF & 112 lbs. LBM (which is challenging enough).

I think you have to experiment to see where you look and feel most healthy and comfortable. Based on your numbers you're in pretty good shape I think. Just tweak your plan and stop when you feel you've found the magic formula. "Ideal" is different for everyone and ultimately what works for you in the end.

Update: Down another 2.4 pounds since last weigh in. Would have been more but I had a higher than normal sodium UD yesterday. Enjoyed every bit of it too.

I'm going to weigh again tomorrow after my DD today since technically that's the end of the Labor Day challenge, but I won't really pay attention to what the scale says since I'm now an after UD weigh-in kinda girl.

TOM came this morning- after being missing for 7 weeks. I was at 122.4 the other day- depending how much bloat I lose in the next 24 hours with decide if I see 120lb for Labor Day. I'm sure I'm there weight wise but the bloat situation right now is not pretty.

I'm not going back into WLM and was in the process of a one week Fast 5 in an effort to bring TOM back. That worked. I was going to Fast 5 through Tuesday and have a true DD on 9/4. I think I'll stick with that but I may sneak a DD in today since TOM actually re-started.

I don't think I'll join the next challenge since I just need to get back to my 5:2ing and maintain, but I'll be rooting you all on!!!!!

I think we all did great, whether we met our actual stated goals or not. For those of us who didn't quite get there, we are definitely closer to those goals, and that's fantastic!

Carly, I love your pretty new avi! I'm glad TOM came and you can get past this bloaty thing.

I'm looking forward to a new month, new challenge, and an autumn season with some great shrinking!

Thank you Carol. Even though this is the first day and I usually feel TERRIBLE, I kind of don't even mind at this point since I've been having PMS for the last 5-6 weeks- and that is WAY worse!

Happy Labor Day!

Hopped on the scale this morning and my official challenge weight is 201.6. Not bad if I were still weighing after DD's.

I didn't quite make it to my goal but I am absolutely SURE I will be in Onederland by my next 2 post-UD weigh-in's. I'm so close to the 20 pounds lost mark I can almost taste it!

I'm proud of myself for completing my first JUDDD challenge and proud of all you lovely ladies (and gents) as well.

Looking forward to seeing you in the Halloween challenge. My goal for that challenge is 190 pounds which takes me out of the "Obese" category and puts me in the "Overweight" ranks.

I never thought I'd be so eager to be overweight.

Congrats to everyone! I did not reach my goal for exercise, but am hopeful as I like to walk outside in the cooler weather.

My goal was to fit comfortably in some 14P capris. I bought them too small in late Spring with the intention of fitting in them by the 4th of July. At that point, I went from not being able to get the button and button hole closer than an inch apart to being able to fasten them (barely). I tried them on again yesterday, and they did fit better -- it was not hard to button them and they aren't as tight, but I still don't think they fit well, still a tad snug... and now capri season is about to end! However, the pants I got at the beginning of the summer are all too loose and I've just had to buy more. So, I know I've gotten smaller, just that these particular pants may have been too ambitious. I probably won't buy season-specific short-term goal clothes anymore!

I'm late checking in (computer problems), and the news isn't great.

My goal for Labor Day was 170 (from 179) and I was at 174.5 Monday morning. Not surprising, as I have had some major stress lately. But still, not fun.

Onward to the next challenge! Halloween, here I come!
