Well, I barely made my July 4th goal. My 10s would go on and button, but there was no way I could wear them without major internal organ damage!

So by September 2nd, I'd like to be in them and have them loose.

My (probably unattainable) real goal will be to have hit 'normal' for bmi which is 149lbs. Lowest so far has been 162.8, then I had 4 UDs in a row last week, and am up to 164.6 this morning, so it would be about 15 lbs, which seems unlikely. But I'm going for it!

I want to fit in 12s...I can jam myself in 14s right now, and i'd be happy with jamming myself in 12s by then...though of course i'd rather they fit comfortably!

Not setting a weight goal for that amount of time, though definitely have to make it to "onederland" ;~). I just joined a new 24-hour gym here in town, and am doing weight training, I've lost a lot of muscle in the past few years, and I need that strength for my job...and my state of mind! I buff up pretty quick, or at least i used to, and muscle is heavy!

Labor Day is a few days after my bday and I want to hit the 299.9999 so bad ,that is 16.5 pounds away, yikes...that is over 2 pounds a week, June wasn't a great weight loss month for me but stranger things have happen!

I want to join the Labor Day Challenge, sine I enjoyed my first one - the July 4th Challenge, and I actually achieved my goal - which with dieting doesn't happen too often for me (reaching goals). But I feel so much more optimistic now that I've found JUDDD.

I don't want to set a number goal this time, but rather that by Labor Day I will be exercising on a regular basis. I don't know why I've been resistant to getting started, but I have, so far anyway. My favorite exercise is walking and using weights to tone. So by Labor Day - I will have a routine going for most of July and August!

  • had the Bod Pod bodyfat evaluation;
  • recovered from the horrible number the assessment will reveal;
  • formulated a more extensive weight-training schedule than I have at present;
  • implemented the training schedule.

I'm the same. I don't know why, but I haven't. I set a goal of running/working out at least 3x per week. We can check in with one another!

I am in too. I have this pair of white pants that are a size 8. I can pull them up (just barely ) but they are no where close to being able to button. My goal is to be able to button them, even if they are really tight. I am hoping to start adding some exercise into my schedule, so hopefully that will help.

More of the same last night. Calorie burn from moving brush and wood. I don't think I will be finished moving the downed trees in my yard for a couple more days. Lots of exercise for me!
