The rest of the day is uncertain. DH has a rare day off and we'll be going to the movies, so it will depend on where we are when lunch time rolls around. We're probably going to the theater to see The Lone Ranger today.

I'll just be having protein shakes, and waiting as long as I can before I have one.

I know what Bulletproof coffee is, but have never heard the term Jet fuel coffee.
Does that just mean "black" ?

It's a brand. It's just regular coffee.

DD for me too. My vague plan:

B: coffee with soy slender (50)
L: egg and maybe some veggies (100)
D: some kind of protein and broccoli slaw with some kind of low cal dressing, vita cake (~300)

I have had some kombucha this morning, and might have a green smoothie later today. But otherwise, I am sticking to water. I'm starting to consider making my own kombucha. :)

I'm still at 500 Cal DD. Mango juice and chicken for 500 calories. I have the same thing for all my dd now.

Today is an MD which I saw coming. I'm still away in NC and the mother of my sister and brother died last night so of course people have beem bringing food all day. I've mainly been eating fruits amd veggies, but I had a hero and a few chips so that messed me up.

I'm heading home tomorrow and as much as I am dreading work I am so grateful for DD Monday.
