DD Friday: menu and plans
Last day of the working week for some :) It's set to be a scorching hot day tomorrow and I'll be on the water in a Kiwi boat (wide enough for me to be able to get in and out without injuring my thigh). :jumpjoy:
B: MCT oil and lecithin boosted coffee: 158kcals
L: 2oz lean ham (70kcals), 2 egg-yolk spread (100kcals), dried tomatoes (20kcals): 190kcals
D: MCT boosted cocoa: 260kcals.
Running total 608kcals so I have just under another 100kcals to cover extras and exigencies if needed. I :heart: maintenance.
Healthy Choice Country Herb Chicken meal w/dessert 250cals
No plans for the rest of the day...need to undo some of the damage from yesterday. Although JUDDD is forgiving, it does seem like you get a major setback if you overeat even for one day. :(

I hate DD Fridays. My family ALWAYS does pizza on Friday evenings. It's great on an UD, but not so much for my DDs. I usually cave & have 2 pieces of thin crust. Now, if they decide to <gasp> go to a different pizza place, I'm ok sneaking a few pieces of pepperoni off and skipping...but my guess is they'll want our usual place. We'll see! So 70 cals without pizza, 348 with the pizza.
I'm not going to eat until noon, after finding ouizoid's recent posts interesting.
Will have had 4 cups of water by then.
Then I have a half-banana ready for a fruit brunch of 63 calories that only has 7 grams of sugar.
I might go with Putz's idea of a freezer meal later. I have one that's under 200 calories. I'll weigh that against a different idea of 1/2-cup beans. My darling family has absconded again with my tuna packets. That's the second time a DD tuna-packet plan has been ruined! I need to hide them.
Then supper will probably be a small bacon cheeseburger of 300 calories (5 grams sugar), extra lettuce and tomato.

L: broccoli & Stilton soup - only 127 cals - I'm in shock!
S: 4 crab sticks ( can you tell I ate early today?)
D: probably 2 venison sausages (120) & some salad

At around 384 cals, so room for a drink or 2 -feeling a G&T with slimline coming on!
DD stands for Drinking Day. :D Ooops, I got into leftover limaritas...I blame it on circumstances. I needed it. ;)
