DD Wednesday: menu and plans

Already? How is it possibly Wednesday. But, cinema night - and it's either Man of Steel or Despicable Me 2.

B: MCT oil and lecithin boosted coffee: 158kcals
L: seed crackers with ham and dried tomato: 200kcals
D: MCT boosted cocoa: 260kcals

Running total of 518kcals: so, if I want them, I have the option of another 300 to be within maintenance. I may need them for cinema snacks of dehydrated kale and glucomannan shakes.

Ack, is it? I like those 100 calorie packs of guacamole so I don't go overboard on calories when eating avocados.

My plans for today are HWC only. A bit of pre-detox before 4th of July foodfest tomorrow!

I don't have a plan, just a bunch of DD food available.

Lipton chicken-noodle soup - 50 cals
Cucumber
Low-cal frozen meals
Cabbage stir fry

I found I miss texture on DDs so I think a cucumber will always be a part of my plan.

I adjusted my menu so that I could do a fat fast all day.

B-coffee/cream - 70

L-boiled egg, 2 slices of reduced-fat bacon, 1/4 c. avocado - 190

D-same as lunch - 190

s-creamsicle (diet orange w/1 teaspoon of cream) - 10 (will have up to 4 of these)

Meh. DH was running late so the only suitable showing was Despicable Me 2 but it was sold out.

Upside, we spent our cinema money on a couple of DVDs (Bourne Legacy and Exotic Hotel Marigold, so I'll still get something to watch, albeit not in an air-conditioned cinema. We can munch our dehydrated kale, glug our glucomannan shakes and make believe.

Keira's daycare took them to see Despicable Me 2 this morning. I'm expecting a full report when I pick her up. Vicky, it's an animated movie with a bad guy turned good guy and his little yellow goofy minions. If I remember the trailer correctly, this time he's recruited to save the world from other evil-doers. We saw the first one. It was cute.

We all went and saw Man of Steel last weekend, and I really liked it.

Good description there - I very much liked the characterisation of the three sisters in the first film as well.

Man of Steel looks good - I might have to persuade DH that we should go and see it at an Imax to experience it properly.

L- 2 HB eggs with 1/2 tbsp mayo and approximately 1/2 tbsp Dijon mustard (210)
D- chicken, broccoli, soy sauce (130)

Grabbed a blueberry raspberry Fuze Slenderize tonight during our shopping for our cookout tomorrow. It was 20 calories and pretty tasty!
