DD Tuesday - plan?
 
Today is my THURSDAY! ;) Love a 3 day work week!

Here's the plan:

Protein shake 180c
strawberries/cottage cheese 100c
deli ham/dill pickles 90c

Dinner, not sure....maybe some soup? My goal, 500-600c

I'm dropping iced coffee from my Down Days for a bit, to see if it helps my medical thingy. That makes for a rather flat all-liquid Down Day, so I may switch to water + salmon. Or maybe vegetable smoothies.

In other words, I have no plan today! :)

I don't have a plan today yet either :p

The guys are supposed to come pick up the fans and dehumidifyer. The kitchen reno guy is supposed to come at 11am to take final measurements.

So far, I've had some water and vitamins.

I've got a lovely avocado that I think I'll have as my dinner. I hope I can get by on a Coffee/HWC around lunchtime and iced tea the rest of the day. Hoping to keep it to 400 or less calories.

I typically recalculate my JUDDD calories at the beginning of each month, even if I don't adjust to them - if I'm losing well I tend to want to keep them as high as possible while it's still working. I've been a bit stuck so I'm thinking I may need to lower them again. I don't wanna! But it really will be worth it if I can get those losses happening again.

My new calories are 387 at 20% and 1937. Not too shabby, but I've been used to 2100-2200 UDs for quite awhile. Maybe after the 4th of July festivities I'll attempt to use these cals for awhile and see what happens.

I need to plan today for being wiped out by the end of my ultra-hot-day fireworks stand shift.

B- coffee with chocolate soy slender (50)
L- fried egg (90)
D - subway turkey, bacon, avocado salad with FF italian dressing (305)
S - ?
total - 445 but might add snacks if needed.

8pm and I'm still not hungry!

So, hopefully, I'll just have a glucpud at bedtime for about 80 cals
Plus milk in cuppas: 45 cals

Total = about 125cals.

Well, that's the plan anyway! :D

Today is my first real DD in weeks - maybe a month :o

I hope it is the beginning of my renewed commitment to IF as I just did not have the mental energy or resolve to diet recently. Taking it one day at a time for now and staying off that darn scale.

today - about 200 cals of greek yogurt, some strawberries and celery. Might have some egg whites tonight if needed. I will be happy if I just stay under 500 today. TMI but I have running to the bathroom every 20 minutes it seems so I guess a month of UUADs can pack on a lot of water weight LOL!!! NOT that I intend to find out that number for a while .... ugh, I am sure it will be plenty disheartening to see.

I am really hungry today, so I think I'll have lots and lots of fresh cucumbers (yay, my garden is producing!) and some fajita meat and peppers. I'll try not to think of the calories in the coconut oil they were fried with.

I'm hungry, too, so I think I'll have a slab of salmon when I get home. And by slab, I mean a carefully measured 4oz portion. :annoyed:

Dinner will be coleslaw mix with peanut sauce, and a small can of tuna mixed with WF chipotle mayo (115)

I wound up at 274 calories today! I had put in 1 whole avocado into my calorie counter, but when I sliced it up and weighed it, it would up a whole 100 calories less than what it said before! I thought about having a little something more, but since my head was already wrapped around stopping after the avocado, I decided to stay right there. I'll need the extra cushion - tomorrow we're grilling and having some pre-July 4th stuff including......ice cream!

TJ - :hugs: I'm with ya. I had a pretty good DD yesterday, overall. Not my lowest, but that wasn't my goal. I just want to stick with it :)

I wound up with 2 chopped salads from subway (about 120 each, I just use yellow mustard and some hot peppers mixed in as the "dressing") and a bag of baked lays (130 I think).

during the day I had some stress-eating-popcorn (200) so I'm at/above 500+ for the day, but like I said, still not bad.
