UD Tuesday: menu and plans
My MCT oil re-stock has finally arrived so I can start getting back to normal with my anti-migraine diet with JUDDD :)
B: MCT oil and lecithin boosted coffee: 158kcals
L: roasted butternut squash soup; aged feta cheese and semi-dried tomatoes: 350kcals
D: beef shank with roasted vegetables and cabbage: 450kcals.
Running total of 958kcals which gives me almost another 600kcals: of this, I need between 80-160kcals to supplement with unmodified potato starch and I should consume more MCTs so, a mug of cocoa with MCT etc. is approx. 260kcals. If nobody offers me anything, then I might just have enough kcals left over for a cheeseboard after dinner :)

L- HB eggs with mayo, mustard and relish
D- chicken with broccoli and soy sauce
Numb mouth from the dentist this morning... Just trying not to chew my cheeks off!!!
B: Coffee, HB Egg & Ham slices
L: Bean soup
S: Oatmeal, Banana, Coffee
D: Spaghetti with sausage
B: none--fast til 2pm every day
2pm: oatmeal with raisins, pecans, almond milk: 300
6pm: something veggie and delicious. not sure!
B- 1 biscuit with butter, coffee with ff creamer and 1 tbsp of sugar
L- short ribs and mixed veggies
Total - ~1726
B: 2x toast (1 with butter, the other butter & marmite) & cup of tea
L: Eggs Benedict & Onion Rings (don't ask!)
S: Dairy & Sugar Free (not calorie free!) dark chocolate ice cream & a stong latte
D: steak & sauce & veggies!
Perhaps some vino?
