UD Tuesday: menu and plans
My MCT oil re-stock has finally arrived so I can start getting back to normal with my anti-migraine diet with JUDDD :)

B: MCT oil and lecithin boosted coffee: 158kcals

L: roasted butternut squash soup; aged feta cheese and semi-dried tomatoes: 350kcals

D: beef shank with roasted vegetables and cabbage: 450kcals.

Running total of 958kcals which gives me almost another 600kcals: of this, I need between 80-160kcals to supplement with unmodified potato starch and I should consume more MCTs so, a mug of cocoa with MCT etc. is approx. 260kcals. If nobody offers me anything, then I might just have enough kcals left over for a cheeseboard after dinner :)

Have a good day everyone - even if it all feels like an endurance slog at present I hope there is something that prompts you to stop and marvel and bring beauty or solace to you.

I had 9 days without a headache which was very welcome, thank you. My re-stock of the MCT was late which is why I think I had the most recent headaches although it was a useful experiment in determining whether I can control the migraines through food alone at present without adding in the MCT oil (the answer seems to be 'no', but I wouldn't have known that if I hadn't had to go without for a few days).

S: Dairy & Sugar Free (not calorie free!) dark chocolate ice cream & a stong latte
