I have no goal for July. I can't even begin to try to imagine what this month will be like. I will continue as normal as possible and will be happy with whatever the month brings me.

Well, I have officially lost 40 lbs.......so bitter sweet because I know that I have nothing left in me and just water makes me sick right now.

My July goal is going to be to exercise 5 of 7 days each week and tighten up my midsection! Perhaps this month will be inches and not so much pounds!

Goal for July - 190, keep bounces below 195, more Strength Training trying to lean out

7/1 - DD - 199.6, 600-1000 planned, weight lifting planned for later

I did not weigh in on Sunday, but the weekend added 6lbs with 2 UD's, so today will be a HWC and avocado day to get back down below 194 before the holiday.

July Goal – 137 lbs.

Today marks my 4th :eek: UD in a row (celebrated middle son’s 19th birthday this evening that included some cheesecake {yum}) but getting back to JUDDDing tomorrow. I gained a couple of lbs. with all those UD’s and I am hoping they will “melt” away pretty fast after a couple of rotations. :aprayer:

Thanks, Goner. I am a slower loser, no doubt, but I am also finding it hard to stick with my rotations week in and week out. Especially without seeing any real effect (of my efforts) on the scale. It's become a self-fulfilling prophecy unfortunately. This month I want to be truer to JUDDD. The numbers and the rotations, and hopefully I'll get where I want to be. :)
