Thanks SlowSure. I'm not worried about it at all. Hoping to get a little lower before next Thursday. I'm taking youngest son on a college visit and will not be JUDDDing for a couple of days. I really love how flexible and forgiving this WOE is!!

Thanks! Yes, even the good stuff is stressful and even though I am saying I'm not stressed - if I'm honest with myself I am! And a bit emotional...geez! My DD's are usually easy but lately not so much. I was determined to have a low, low cal DD yesterday and ended up with a 350 cal day.

Hanging in there and going the right direction! This may be a weight/range that your body really, really likes. Patience and sticking with it and I'll bet it'll finally give up and release you to lower numbers.

Goal for July: Onederland. Calorie range: UD 2000, DD <800, but experimenting with higher calories on exercise days (adding back partial calories).

7/1 - 204.1 - UD - (calories? probably went over) - passed today the halfway mark to goal!
7/2 - 205.7 - DD (554)
7/3 - 204.0 - UD (?) - ate lightly during the day then didn't count and went a little nuts at dinner AGAIN. must fix this. being done with the booth will help, I think.
7/4 - 206.7 - DD - Rather than a double up day, I'm shooting for a higher down day.
7/5 - 207.5 - UD (2008) - I have been so off with my rotations ... getting back on track now.
7/6 - 205.1 - DD (608)
7/7 - 203.0 - UD (1993 + a couple bites before bed, uncounted) - That makes 70 pounds evicted.

Not much of a bounce after an UD!Chris, I simply can't go below 400 on DD especially when I exercise that day. I don't mind losing slowly as long as it's a loss!

2lbs isn't that much of a bump after a high volume UD so I'd get used to your new low and numbers south of it, if I were you.

Exercise just puts another element into it all, doesn't it? I've been reading about how it's important to get the right calorie/exercise balance if you're an exerciser or you can actually decrease your metabolic rate more than a person who only diets and doesn't exercise or vice versa. When I tried going very low on DDs (into the negative net calories because of exercise), I had my worst month's loss ever, but when I raised DDs for "maintenance" I had one of my best months ever. After a pretty slow spring, I'm still experimenting with this and things seem to be picking up.
