I have no goal for July. I can't even begin to try to imagine what this month will be like. I will continue as normal as possible and will be happy with whatever the month brings me.

DD’s have been a challenge lately and have been about 500 cals. I would really like to get back to 146. My next DD I really plan to keep it at 100 or less.
Your TOM will end and take that water weight away. In the run up to your wedding, just do what you can with your DDs. I think the heightened stress may need you to eat a little more on DDs but running on adrenaline (the way we do at such times) will take care of that for you.

Thanks, Slow - I'm not feeling too stressed on the outside but I think I'm suppressing it and I am way more 'snacky' feeling on both UD and DD. Today is my DD and I REALLY am hoping to keep it under control and keep my cals low.... We will be at our wedding destination 4 days early and I know I won't be maintaining my EOD rotations and would like to start at my low. I have 4 DD's before we leave - hoping for the best!

Goal for July: Onederland. Calorie range: UD 2000-2200, DD <800

7/1 - 204.1 - UD - (calories? probably went over) - passed today the halfway mark to goal!
7/2 - 205.7 - DD (554)
7/3 - 204.0 - UD (?) - ate lightly during the day then didn't count and went a little nuts at dinner AGAIN. must fix this. being done with the booth will help, I think.
7/4 - 206.7 - DD - Rather than a double up day, I'm shooting for a higher down day.
7/5 - 207.5 - UD (2008) - I have been so off with my rotations ... getting back on track now.
7/6 - 205.1 - DD (608)
7/7 - 203.0 - UD (1993 + a couple bites before bed, uncounted) - That makes 70 pounds evicted.
7/8 - 203.4 - DD (581)
7/9 - 201.8 - UD

I adore it. I decided to give myself a few days out from weighing and recording so I hop on the scales in the morning and it's consistently in the 120s rather than 130s so that's good enough for me at present.

That's lovely, that you can just take a break and yet stay in the 120s!

You never know with me ... I might take the rest of the month to drop those next two pounds, but onederland this month is looking like it could happen.

I'm back, at least for the time being. Lots of traveling between LA & Bakersfield, so I won't be logging in daily but definitely try and catch up intermittently!
