Goal for July: Onederland. Calorie range: UD 2000-2200, DD <800

7/1 - 204.1 - UD - (calories? probably went over) - passed today the halfway mark to goal!
7/2 - 205.7 - DD (554)
7/3 - 204.0 - UD (?) - ate lightly during the day then didn't count and went a little nuts at dinner AGAIN. must fix this. being done with the booth will help, I think.
7/4 - 206.7 - DD - Rather than a double up day, I'm shooting for a higher down day.
7/5 - 207.5 - UD - - I have been so off with my rotations ... getting back on track now.

Goal for July - 190, keep bounces below 195, more Strength Training trying to lean out

7/1 - DD - 199.6, 1028, 60 minutes of cardio/weight lifting
7/2 - UD - 197.8, 2672, 65 minutes cardio/weight lifting
7/3 - MD - 198.6, 1579 - turned into a MD, 75 minutes cardio/weight lifting
7/4 - UD - 195, (ate a lot, but kept low carb), 7.54 mile walk this morning
7/5 - DD - 200.6, under 1000 planned, weight lifting later

I'm not sure why the bounce was so high. I ate a bunch, but I really don't think it was much more than normal for an UD and I stayed fairly low carb. I did try some gluten free beer so maybe it was the cause. Not sure. I'm going to try to keep it fairly low calorie today so we will see. Tomorrow will be a repeat of yesterday but I'll avoid the gluten free beer this time and see if it makes a difference.

Mike - I was going to say yesterday that big unexplained jumps up usually come off quickly, too (but not always, so I'm glad it did!)

Not too bad after a high DD of 500cals, I usually have less than 100cals. I did really well on my DD until 7pm and after a busy day of wedding errands we decided to stop and have a drink and maybe one bite of whatever soon-to-be-hubby was eating…one glass of wine ordered but then I was starving so thought I’d have a salad ok…Only ate half of the salad but then another glass of wine was calling my name and a stop at Yogurt Land…Oh and TOM started yesterday. I’m hoping for at least 5 good DD’s before we leave for Yosemite.
