7/1 - 204.1 - UD - (calories? probably went over) - passed today the halfway mark to goal!

7/3 - 204.0 - MD? - would like the 4th to be an up day, so either an MD or two UDs in a row. The firework stand is killing me - feeling sick every day during/after my shift from the heat. Last day today, thank goodness, although it's going to be the hottest day of all . . .

Enjoy your scale break deedee. I know it made a world of difference in my outlook when I recently did it. Sorry you're still struggling with the hormones.

Oh Carol! It's so difficult when the "watched pot never boils" ... it seems that sometimes the more we are looking forward to reaching a point, the longer it takes to show up! It *will* get here, though, and you had such a great month last month.

I'm now officially in maintenance rather than on maintenance break My goals for this month are to maintain 128-132lbs and to introduce back some appropriate exercise. I may also summon the courage to have a bodyfat assessment.

Neither rhyme nor reason. I was dragging myself around yesterday but hardly slept last night yet there's a new low. I'm thrilled yet it would be so helpful if this were more readily understandable.

Best wishes to all those who today and my respect to those who don't see what they want nor what they should theoretically expect but persevere/come up with a sensible strategy.

You never cease to amaze me. DH passes on your 'how to eat' tips to colleagues worried about how to stay in WLM (whatever their plan) while on business trips to the US. Your knowledge of Wednesday's chilli and other delights has saved many a diet plan.

Thank you, so much I still can't quite believe it. Much sympathy for the hormonal issues and taking a break from the scales seems wise as they offer such discouragement at these times.

I still hold onto my July 4th goal of anything in the 160s!

My July goal is going to be to exercise 5 of 7 days each week and tighten up my midsection! Perhaps this month will be inches and not so much pounds!

Goal for July: Onederland. Calorie range: UD 2000-2200, DD <800

7/1 - 204.1 - UD - (calories? probably went over) - passed today the halfway mark to goal!
7/2 - 205.7 - DD (554)
7/3 - 204.0 - UD (?) - ate lightly during the day then didn't count and went a little nuts at dinner AGAIN. must fix this. being done with the booth will help, I think.
7/4 - 206.7 - DD - Rather than a double up day, I'm shooting for a higher down day.

I still hold onto my July 4th goal of anything in the 160s!

My July goal is going to be to exercise 5 of 7 days each week and tighten up my midsection! Perhaps this month will be inches and not so much pounds!
