Thanks everyone for helping me stay positive. I really didn't cheat too much on the vacation, I even really really tried to stick to rotations but driving in a car for 9 hours and then having the hubs order Pizza kinda messed that up. I also got a cold from my daughter.

I'm looking forward to next month, because this month has been so fun!

7/16 - 201.7 - UD - did not count calories, but still a bit scared to eat and did not have much until a nice dinner

7/19 - 202.2 - MD - going out to dinner ... already know the salad I'll be having, and I'll fast until then except for HWC in my iced coffee, but it'll be a higher percentage DD. I'll try to get some exercise in too.
7/20 - 202.6 - UD - yesterday's high DD turned into an MD (and even that took willpower! ) although I did get lots of exercise. I'll make sure I have a good DD on Sunday.

I am back to weight loss mode and happy to be back! I can think of no other diet that I am happy to be on. I have been having a fantastic summer with birthdays celebrated and fun vacation times spent with family and friends, but now I need to get back to stricter rotations. This weight loss thread really helps me keep on track.

Plus extra calories around exercise over an hour (approx half of my total workout calories)

I am back to weight loss mode and happy to be back! I can think of no other diet that I am happy to be on. I have been having a fantastic summer with birthdays celebrated and fun vacation times spent with family and friends, but now I need to get back to stricter rotations. This weight loss thread really helps me keep on track.

Plus extra calories around exercise over an hour (approx half of my total workout calories)

7/30 DD 151.4 I rarely lose after an UD
7/31 UD 149.8 I guess some of the weight that I was seeing for the last few weeks was not the permanent hard to take off kind I was thinking it was

Getting ready for August! Started back on rotations on July 15, at 257.0. Today weighed in at 248.2 for a loss of 8.8 pounds the last 15 days of July. I'm proud of myself, but want to give most of the credit to my JBs. Even though I wasn't posting, I was reading the posts each day, and got lots of encouragement from you. I know the posts weren't directed to me, but very helpful to anyone reading them! Thanks to the ones who are faithful posters...you don't know how much it is appreciated!
