Looks like everyone is doing well--KUTGW--the end of the month is almost here!! I'm just hoping I can keep the scale below 140.

This is my first monthly weigh-in and I have a question. Do you decide if you have hit your goal on July 31 or August 1?

Pick the weigh-in after a DD, however that falls in your rotation. So, if July 31 is a DD, then weigh in on August 1 (i.e., after your DD) and post that weight. If July 31 is an UD and July 30 had been a DD, then post your July 31 weight (assuming that you weigh first thing in the morning).

Goal for July: Onederland. Calorie range: UD 2000, DD <800, but experimenting with higher calories on exercise days (adding back partial calories).

7/1 - 204.1 - UD - (calories? probably went over) - passed today the halfway mark to goal!
7/2 - 205.7 - DD (554)
7/3 - 204.0 - UD (?) - ate lightly during the day then didn't count and went a little nuts at dinner AGAIN. must fix this. being done with the booth will help, I think.
7/4 - 206.7 - DD - Rather than a double up day, I'm shooting for a higher down day.
7/5 - 207.5 - UD (2008) - I have been so off with my rotations ... getting back on track now.
7/6 - 205.1 - DD (608)
7/7 - 203.0 - UD (1993 + a couple bites before bed, uncounted) - That makes 70 pounds evicted.
7/8 - 203.4 - DD (581)
7/9 - 201.8 - UD (2290-408 burned=1882 net)
7/10 - 202.5 - DD (618)
7/11 - 203.5 - UD - (2558 .... didn't plan on going that high, but my tracker says I burned 687 calories so net is 1871?)

7/13 - DNW - UD - had to leave the house at 6 in the morning... no time to weigh. Went over my UD cals by a bit.
7/14 - 203.4 - UD - one UD meal, later got sick
7/15 - 200.7 - DD - recovery diet of broth, rice, banana, and yogurt. Much better today.
7/16 - 201.7 - UD - did not count calories, but still a bit scared to eat and did not have much until a nice dinner
7/17 - 202.6 - DD
7/18 - 201.2 - UD
7/19 - 202.2 - MD - going out to dinner ... already know the salad I'll be having, and I'll fast until then except for HWC in my iced coffee, but it'll be a higher percentage DD. I'll try to get some exercise in too.
7/20 - 202.6 - UD - yesterday's high DD turned into an MD (and even that took willpower! ) although I did get lots of exercise. I'll make sure I have a good DD on Sunday.
7/21 - 203.9 - DD - I was expecting that.
7/22 - 201.8 - UD

7/24 - ? - FD - Left early in the AM for Oregon. Didn't record, forgot ... It was 202 point something I think.

Oops! I meant better if Tuesday was an UP day. I don't mind down days usually, and sometimes I even look forward to them, but it's rare that it is better in my schedule if it's a down day.

I am scared to weigh in tomorrow after 4 uuad's! I don't mind the bounce and know a couple of rotations will get it off, but I am scared I might see a number that starts with a 2...anything under that and I will feel much better.

Yeah Deborah, don't weigh if it's going to discourage you. I've skipped weighing a few times when I knew I didn't want to see the number. Being an ostrich is not a bad thing sometimes!

Going to increase my DD to 1500, since I usually come close to that. It's better to be realistic than be disappointed that I went over a number. The general trend has been down so until that changes I'll stick to these numbers.

Goal for July: Onederland. Calorie range: UD 2000, DD <800, but experimenting with higher calories on exercise days (adding back partial calories).

7/1 - 204.1 - UD - (calories? probably went over) - passed today the halfway mark to goal!

7/3 - 204.0 - UD (?) - ate lightly during the day then didn't count and went a little nuts at dinner AGAIN. must fix this. being done with the booth will help, I think.
7/4 - 206.7 - DD - Rather than a double up day, I'm shooting for a higher down day.
7/5 - 207.5 - UD (2008) - I have been so off with my rotations ... getting back on track now.
