Weighed in at 155.3 this morning. I fell of the JUDDD wagon somewhere around June and have had a hard time trying to do DD's. I was window eating for a while, but since I've started working grooming dogs again I can hardly make it on 500 calories let alone the 385 I was having on DD's. Didn't do so great on the 5 hr eating window, so Idk what the answer is. I may just have to have higher DD's and keep UD's under strict control. I was allowed 1680 on UD's.

I think I am pre-TOM....had a DD yesterday that turned into a MD...I guess it could have been worse--could have been an UUAD--and the weight went down some, so really I can't complain.

I have a girls night out tonight and I figure there will be some water-retention again. With TOM approaching, it's going to be difficult to tell what is TOM weight and what is water-retention for the next couple of days--but I figure all will be gone within a week
