7/1 - 204.1 - UD - (calories? probably went over) - passed today the halfway mark to goal!
7/2 - 205.7 - DD

I worked in a fireworks stand yesterday in 108 degree heat ... afterwards I was completely wiped out just from the heat and super hungry, and had a take out sandwich and ice cream and some chex mix ... and more chex mix ... and graham crackers ... and more graham crackers ... and I didn't count any of it ... yikes. Volunteering again today and tomorrow, but will be more planned/prepared with an easy, cool, and pre-planned dinner. Today's a down day anyway which will be easier!

Happy July 2nd everyone!

July – Goal to maintain until after the wedding then I want to lose 10 more lbs.

7/2 146.8

I seem to be ‘stuck’ around this number and I guess I should be happy because I really should be maintaining so that my dress will fit in 20 days. The seamstress told me I could lose 5lbs and not have to re-alter my dress and I’ve lost 3lbs since the initial fitting. I have an appointment tomorrow to pick up my dress, I’m excited to see how it fits!

Thank you LoCarbGal. Im still waiting for them to get it approved and to set a date. So for now Im really trying my hardest to knock off as much weight as I can before the surgery....Thanks again!

I'm now officially in maintenance rather than on maintenance break My goals for this month are to maintain 128-132lbs and to introduce back some appropriate exercise. I may also summon the courage to have a bodyfat assessment.

UD July 2 DNW
DD July 3 129.4lbs tiny new low

After a 6 hr sleep (which is excellent for me as I usually have trouble sleeping), I have a tiny new low.

Best wishes to all those who today and my respect to those who don't see what they want nor what they should theoretically expect but persevere/come up with a sensible strategy.

I still hold onto my July 4th goal of anything in the 160s!

My July goal is going to be to exercise 5 of 7 days each week and tighten up my midsection! Perhaps this month will be inches and not so much pounds!
