After just 2 DD rotations, I am back to where I was before I left for out of town. I can't say this enough "I LOVE THIS WOE!!" I knew I hadn't overdone it too bad while I was away...just goes to show it really was mostly water retention.

Quick maintenance full check. (Because it's maintenance, for a daily weigh-in I normally ignore the decimals and just read the middle figure of the major one. )

Of course, until I finish working through my thoughts, I don't know whether to think, "Yes, another 0.4lbs gone" or, "Oh no, another 0.1-0.4lbs of my insufficient LBM gone".

Best wishes to all those who today and my respect to those who don't see what they want nor what they should theoretically expect but persevere/come up with a sensible strategy.

Well, yesterday turned into a MUDD because I was invited out to tea. Started as a great DD (I didn't eat till 6pm and only had a very light dinner). However, it went a bit high later, (with the help of some wine ) so I decided to make it a UD and do a DD today. Unfortunately, it didn't get anywhere near high enough for a good UD but was way too high for a DD or MD.

It might be easy for me to do a DD today - if I don't get too hungry as a result of yesterday's mess. So, I've decided to eat just as I feel today and let it be whatever it needs to be, then restart EODs tomorrow.

Oh the joys of JUDDDing!
