I redid my numbers to maintain on a steady daily calorie allotment. My chilblains are not improving, so I'm seeing if not fasting will help. I should maintain or lose a tiny bit with 1675 per day.

Goal for July: Onederland. Calorie range: UD 2000, DD <800, but experimenting with higher calories on exercise days (adding back partial calories).

7/1 - 204.1 - UD - (calories? probably went over) - passed today the halfway mark to goal!
7/2 - 205.7 - DD (554)
7/3 - 204.0 - UD (?) - ate lightly during the day then didn't count and went a little nuts at dinner AGAIN. must fix this. being done with the booth will help, I think.
7/4 - 206.7 - DD - Rather than a double up day, I'm shooting for a higher down day.
7/5 - 207.5 - UD (2008) - I have been so off with my rotations ... getting back on track now.
7/6 - 205.1 - DD (608)

7/19 - 202.2 - MD - going out to dinner ... already know the salad I'll be having, and I'll fast until then except for HWC in my iced coffee, but it'll be a higher percentage DD. I'll try to get some exercise in too.
7/20 - 202.6 - UD - yesterday's high DD turned into an MD (and even that took willpower! ) although I did get lots of exercise. I'll make sure I have a good DD on Sunday.
7/21 - 203.9 - DD - I was expecting that.

I just wanted to quickly post that I think you guys and girls are AWSOME!

I believe accountability is a real motivator for weight loss and I think this thread is a great illustration. Just looking at the weight release and peoples daily actions is really inspiring, especially for the newbie.

Well done folks and maybe I will join you in August to see if I can drop those final few pounds.

Goal for July: Onederland. Calorie range: UD 2000, DD <800, but experimenting with higher calories on exercise days (adding back partial calories).

7/1 - 204.1 - UD - (calories? probably went over) - passed today the halfway mark to goal!
7/2 - 205.7 - DD (554)
7/3 - 204.0 - UD (?) - ate lightly during the day then didn't count and went a little nuts at dinner AGAIN. must fix this. being done with the booth will help, I think.
7/4 - 206.7 - DD - Rather than a double up day, I'm shooting for a higher down day.
7/5 - 207.5 - UD (2008) - I have been so off with my rotations ... getting back on track now.
7/6 - 205.1 - DD (608)
7/7 - 203.0 - UD (1993 + a couple bites before bed, uncounted) - That makes 70 pounds evicted.

7/19 - 202.2 - MD - going out to dinner ... already know the salad I'll be having, and I'll fast until then except for HWC in my iced coffee, but it'll be a higher percentage DD. I'll try to get some exercise in too.
7/20 - 202.6 - UD - yesterday's high DD turned into an MD (and even that took willpower! ) although I did get lots of exercise. I'll make sure I have a good DD on Sunday.
7/21 - 203.9 - DD - I was expecting that.
7/22 - 201.8 - UD
7/23 - 203.x - I had to run out of the house this morning and don't remember what the decimal was! Not happy to see 203 again, but my up days have been getting away from me a bit so that is probably why. Had a great DD today. Leaving early in the morning to pop up to Oregon for a few days, so I'll weigh before I go but probably won't be able to post here again until Friday or Saturday. Have a great week JBs!
