So my goal for July is to just get going and focus on my WL numbers. Typically, I'm a complete turtle loser so no pressure on myself, stay accountable and just stick with the numbers!

Haven't posted on here for quite a while, but it helps me keep focused. Would love to maintain under 130!

UD - 1400 cal.; DD - 500 cal.

Reduced UD calories by 200. 1600 doesn't seem to work anymore and I don't want to reduce DD calories because I've never noticed any difference when I did.

Tues., 7/9 - 131 - UUAD
Wed., 7/10 - DNW - DD - 493 calories; 19 net carbs
Thurs., 7/11 - 132 - UD - 1433 calories; 87 net carbs
Fri., 7/12 - 132 - DD - 553 calories; 27 net carbs

7/3 - 204.0 - UD (?) - ate lightly during the day then didn't count and went a little nuts at dinner AGAIN. must fix this. being done with the booth will help, I think.
7/4 - 206.7 - DD - Rather than a double up day, I'm shooting for a higher down day.
7/5 - 207.5 - UD (2008) - I have been so off with my rotations ... getting back on track now.
7/6 - 205.1 - DD (608)
7/7 - 203.0 - UD (1993 + a couple bites before bed, uncounted) - That makes 70 pounds evicted.
7/8 - 203.4 - DD (581)
7/9 - 201.8 - UD (2290-408 burned=1882 net)
7/10 - 202.5 - DD (618)
7/11 - 203.5 - UD - (2558 .... didn't plan on going that high, but my tracker says I burned 687 calories so net is 1871?)
7/12 - 203.7 - DD (508)
7/13 - DNW - UD - had to leave the house at 6 in the morning... no time to weigh. Went over my UD cals by a bit.
7/14 - 203.4 - UD - one UD meal, later got sick
7/15 - 200.7 - DD - recovery diet of broth, rice, banana, and yogurt. Much better today.
7/16 - 201.7 - UD

Carol, I so know that feeling! I really think, from my view, that you are doing great! You started the month at 201, and you got as low as 197.5 (and 198 just yesterday). It's only halfway through the month, and that's 3.5 pounds. That's GREAT. That's more than I lost in the whole month of June. You know how it is ... we hit a low, then bounce up and around before hitting a new low (especially when TOM is involved). I remember you said there are some weeks when you lose better, so if these are those weeks, I can understand wanting it to be a little more ... but not every month is the same. I love that you are taking note of PMS and what to expect and what adjustments you can make. You are still going onward and downward!

Thank you so much for your comments. I can see other people's *greatness*, but it's hard to see my own. You're right, I'm doing just fine this month, and TOM came today so that's encouraging (I guess...). I was just telling Cindy/Kissa yesterday that I'm getting really impatient now for more losses, but I know I need to let it happen in its own time. I'm NOT a naturally patient person! Or any other kind of a patient person for that matter. You guys keep me going! Thank you!

You seem patient and infinitely kind and understanding, to me. Your losses are astounding, and when you get discouraged all you have to do is look where you started. Your courage and determination are an inspiration!
