Don't get discouraged, it looks like you lost 1 lb in 5 days, which is good! All those things you mentioned (hormones and meds), can affect the scale. Be patient and the JUDDD will work it's magic.

I did like being 120 lbs and maintained that in my 20s (early 20s), and was about 115 in high school. In my later 20s, I was around 130 and my first DH
said I was fat too. He said I should lose around 15 lbs, lol. I remember the first time I tried to get diet pills from a doctor, and was told absolutely not. I weighed 133. The lowest I remember getting in my middle 30s was 124. In the years to come, by age 40, I was 160+ and it continued to climb because I had finally decided I wasn't going to "worry" about weight. Gosh what girls/women go through!!!

Going to do some more research today on these boards. I'm tracking all my calories, drinking plenty of water but the scale is not moving much. I know I messed up on the mod day and didn't eat enough on 7/8 and my first DD was close to 500 calories but per the book that is allowed the first two weeks but I'm shooting now for the 360 calorie count. Could be TOM is arriving, my meds. Not sure. But I'm going to stick it out for a few more weeks and see what happens. Maybe try a potato hack that I have been hearing about.

As the others have already said, you are doing GREAT, do NOT tweak a thing yet!!! The scale is stupid, it will come around. Keep rotating and the rest will happen!!

Yep, it's stupid what we do to ourselves! I guess I could go much lower if we're talking the 100#+5 for each " thing, (esp since I suspect I'm shorter than I used to be), but since my doc said 135 was where he wanted me, I refuse to be upset if that's the lowest I can go. We are WAY too hard on ourselves as women! (and I'm glad you girls dumped those idiot men, LG & Dawn!!!)

Goal for July: Onederland. Calorie range: UD 2000, DD <800, but experimenting with higher calories on exercise days (adding back partial calories).

7/1 - 204.1 - UD - (calories? probably went over) - passed today the halfway mark to goal!
7/2 - 205.7 - DD (554)
7/3 - 204.0 - UD (?) - ate lightly during the day then didn't count and went a little nuts at dinner AGAIN. must fix this. being done with the booth will help, I think.
7/4 - 206.7 - DD - Rather than a double up day, I'm shooting for a higher down day.
7/5 - 207.5 - UD (2008) - I have been so off with my rotations ... getting back on track now.
7/6 - 205.1 - DD (608)
7/7 - 203.0 - UD (1993 + a couple bites before bed, uncounted) - That makes 70 pounds evicted.
7/8 - 203.4 - DD (581)
7/9 - 201.8 - UD (2290-408 burned=1882 net)
7/10 - 202.5 - DD (618)
7/11 - 203.5 - UD - (2558 .... didn't plan on going that high, but my tracker says I burned 687 calories so net is 1871?)

Thank you!! A week from Sun. July 21 is the wedding!! We leave Wed. July 17...soon! I'm getting butterflies

I just picked up my dress and it fits perfectly. I think I have almost everything done...or at least I hope I do. Oh well if I've forgotten anything it's either too late or no one will know!
