B-Scrambled eggs w/mozarella, Ezekiel toast w/butter
L-Salmon, asparagus
S-Cottage cheese
D-Something really yummy
S-3-Minute Chocolate Cake

Totals = around 1650 kcals

Should be an easy day- I only need 318 calories

I don't like UD Saturdays- I leave for church a little before 5, and I don't get
home until after 7:30. I don't eat after 7, so I have to have all my calories
before I leave for church. I was trying to plan my food yesterday when I had
this brainstorm- we could eat at Golden Corral, and I could eat 2000 calories
and I wouldn't have to eat the rest of the day! I almost did it. I'm not going
to stress if I don't get the next 300 calories, but if I feel like I need something
I know I have a few in reserve.

sausage links, sausage patties, smoked sausage, Cajun sausage, scrambled eggs,
creamed dried beef over the eggs, a bite of bacon that wasn't crispy enough for me
