UD Friday- YaY!
I didn't see a thread for this so here we go
B- jello with HWC, bacon, eggs with cheese, coffee with HWC
L- probably a turkey burger with broccoli
D- not sure yet
Yummy menu plan, Demonica! I am really looking forward to getting re-focused on low to mod carb JUDDD next week after the grandkids return home. I am up 3 to 4 pounds from my low (absolutely water related and too many carbs). I am confident that all will be well once I get back on track again.

Greek blueberry yogurt
L= 3 ff hot dogs
1/3 cup mac & cheese (should've chosen something else!)
