If you have more tropically or exotically flavoured sodas, particularly the 0kcal sort, I want to hear about them :)

SlowSure 06-28-2013 05:04 AM

I've run out of MCT oil because the re-supply is late. So, no MCT boosted tea, coffee or cocoa for me today. I'm backstopping with coconut oil although it's not got nearly as many MCTs for the amount that I can eat within my calorie allowance.

B: cream cheese and coconut oil with lemon fat bomb - 160kcals

L: as above

D: miso soup and some vegetables - estimate 200kcals as this will be my choice from a food market we're visiting before theatre outing tonight.

Running total of 520kcals but if I'm headache-y when we return, I might have to add another fat bomb as a going to bed snack because I'd rather avoid the migraines than keep to the kcal allowance (if that makes sense) and it would still be within maintenance DD limits.

FairyWren 06-28-2013 08:05 AM

Fast until dinner then omelette with cheese, 480kcals

Hope your headache keeps away Slow

Have a great weekend everyone!

ouizoid 06-28-2013 08:32 AM

fast til 2pm and then Green smoothie (kale, spinach, frozen strawberries, lemonjuice, water)--100

dinner at 6pm--usually veggies plus boca crumbles with Salsa con queso--250

probably a sf fudgesicle to end the day--40

Sirtain 06-28-2013 08:52 AM

Cafe au creme and probiotic drinks is the plan for me. Maybe a veggie plate at the end of the day, as we are having a Games Night. If I can munch on something, I might stay away from the chips. :)

deedee 06-28-2013 09:04 AM

HWC only DD here!

B- iced coffee with HWC and splenda
L- Sparkling ICE Crisp Apple (thank you to whoever mentioned how delicious this brand of drink is, they're heavenly)
D-root beer float with HWC

Might throw in another cup of coffee with HWC in there. Hoping for around 350 calories. I like my coffee creamy.

zipp2play 06-28-2013 09:18 AM

Carolina - I eat a lot of cottage cheese on DD's, LOVE IT!

Carly- sounds like a great plan.

Slow - yes, eat a little more if it keeps the migraine away!

Evie - Breakfast for dinner, LOVE that!

Ouizoid - sounds like a great day and even includes fudgesicle.

Sirtain - good plan on the veggies. If everyone is nibbling, I tend to want to nibble too.

Deedee- Enjoy your HWC kind of day!

IT'S FRIDAY! That is a great feeling in and of itself. VBS ends tonight, sad, but good. More sleep for me next week!

Slim Fast protein shake 180c
cottage cheese / strawberries 100c
salad 130c

That's 410c and I typically don't do less than 600c. Not sure what I will do tonight, maybe a potato ?? Cupboard is BARE. VBS all week doesn't allow for shopping time. We did buy stuff for our all day Softball schedule Saturday, but beyond that, NOTHING! Must get to the store this weekend.

Makes perfect sense SS! I hope you succeed.

It's 4.30pm and, so far, I'm not hungry! :D

Dinner: Garlicky chilli prawns on courgette linguine and savoy cabbage - 190 cals
Bedtime: Raspberry glucpud - 60 cals
Cuppas: 45 cals

Total, hopefully, = 295 cals.

Have a wonderful weekend everyone!

Me too deedee! I feel kinda boring doing these on so many DDs, but I feel so great having nothing, or practically nothing but fat. My body loves it! Hopefully I'll get a nice whoosh tomorrow morning. I'm having lack of TMI lately, which I think is making me not lose, IYKWIM.

UGH, my house is a disaster (those on FB saw the pictures)... the industrial fans are kicking up so much dust, and the dehumidifyer is, well, sucking everything dry INCLUDING ME since I prefer to work downstairs and am basically sitting right in front of it :p

(for those not on my FB: my dishwasher flooded on the 16th, and while we called insurance right away, we didn't have the guys in to rip up the floors till yesterday...)

Anyhoo-- I have people coming this weekend (because I'm INSANE and didn't cancel our annual visit with these friends), so I went shopping today for FOOD on a DOWN DAY... did I mention that I'm INSANE right now?

Food plan:
B: x
L: water
need some CAFFEINE to make it through the day. I have a 6pm meeting with the kitchen reno guys-- using this opportunity to make some much needed changes

D: I got salmon fillets, asparagus, and zucchini, all to grill. Maybe cherries for dessert.
DD for *everyone* LOL (they can have popcorn or icecream later if they get hungry...but they're both skinny, the visiting friends, so I bet this will be more than enough for them).

Tomorrow is a wine country day, so I'm just keeping that in mind :)

We met MIL to pick up Keira and there was no Wendy's, so I had a chicken soft taco Fresco from Taco Bell (150) and dinner was 300g zucchini and an egg (120).

272 today including my coffee.

Do you have the brand Ice in the UK? Every flavor is yummy. I really like the pomegranate and berry. The pineapple coconut is heaven!

3 cups coffee for 90 calories.
9:10pm and I'm thinking about my bedtime snack...
Plan: 1 magic pop=15
1 laughing cow= 35
1/2 ounce turkey pepperoni=35
That is 90 + 90 from coffee= 180
I think I will have my 80 calorie WW yogurt pop :yummy:
I can deal with 260.

Carly 06-28-2013 07:54 PM

I think I need a T or 2 of PB2 to help me get off to sleep.

Well, it was fun trying to Google for Ice drink :hyst:

Talking Rain doesn't currently seem to have stockists in the UK which is a shame but I shall keep an eye out for it. I read the list of flavours and they sound delightful. :yummy:

:hyst::hyst::hyst: yeah, I could see that being problematic on a number of levels. :hyst: I know they sell it on A, but shipping to the UK could be steep.
