We have our twin grandkids with us this week and it's making things challenging. Coupled with the change in my thyroid medicine, whew! We are leaving for the Atlanta aquarium shortly...so not sure what I will want or need to eat later.

All I know for sure, is that I will be ending up at Wendy's for dinner tonight. I'm thinking a double with cheese, no bun. And maybe a side of chili, 'cause I love that stuff! There are some good looking leftovers in the fridge: pork shoulder in green sauce,coleslaw, canteloupe, greens with bacon. I'm sure I'll enjoy whatever I choose.

B- sugar free tea

L- 2 cups of cabbage soup

D- 4 cups ov low carb vegitables with 3/4 cup alfreto sause

snack 2 cups verry low calorie cocoa

for about 500 cal.

s-coconut fruit bar - 120

Plan on keeping it at or under 600...have had nothing yet but coffee :)

Yesterday was a high DD so not sure what today will work out to be since I have my WI at 6pm and usually don't eat until after that. Probably another high DD(600 calorie?). So far coffee w/sugar free creamer (a pot of Wicked Joe coffee...so darn good who needs food? LOL).

:sick: I feel the same way about cantaloupe that Cindy (Kissa) does about cucumbers. :sick: Too bad it's not a DD for me, lol, you might have just put me off my lunch.

turkey burger with Walden Farms syrup (130) this tastes like sausage!:yummy:

chicken with broccoli and 2 tbsp soy sauce (130)

1/4 C tuna with 1/2 tbsp mayo and 1 tsp dijon mustard (125)

total= 385

Okay, nothing for lunch, an extra flat white - less champagne, and instead of my salad I ate some olives and nuts. I'm at 495, after a cup of tea later - so may have strawberries!

I've never done it before, and not sure I would recommend it, I'm a little concerned about how I'll react to food tomorrow - waste of time if I'm so hungry I over eat!

I ended up having an iced coffee with a splash of milk while out shopping. Then when I got home I had half of a grapefruit broiled with a teaspoon of brown sugar splenda. That should get me to 8pm!

My hubby said he wanted to watch me put the frozen bananas in the food processor because he couldn't figure out how I made "ice cream" LOL I just put in the bananas and a little milk and a few cocoa roasted almonds and he was so amazed. He is an ice cream freak so if he liked it then it must have been very close to the real thing!

Last week I was on banana ice cream kick and made 3 versions. All came out great :)
frozen bananas with vanilla extract
frozen banans with greek yogurt, vanilla extract
frozen bananas with cottage cheese, vanilla extract- tasted like banana cheesecake
