Where is everyone??

I need to be accountable! So here's my day so far:

Breakfast: 2 slices wholemeal toast with butter and blackcurrant jam. Plus a chunk of Cheddar. - 400ish cals

Lunch: Small portion mackerel curry with veg – 300ish cals

Dinner: Leek, courgette and sweet potato with cannellini beans, tomato and pesto – 350ish cals (and I'm pogged!)

Chocolate – 250ish cals.

Total so far = about 1300 cals.
Leaving plenty of room for milk in drinks and a bedtime snack.

B: Homemade egg white & spinach omelette

S: Small mango smoothie
D: Whole wheat Deli Select bread, one slice of turkey, one slice of cheese, and mustard
Des: Rita's Italian ice

I've been done for the day since 5:30. Excited for tomorrow's DD. My body had had enough visiting with besties and their children this weekend.

B: Bacon, fried eggs, black cinnamon coffee (yep, black! it sounded good this morning)
L: 2 small peaches, 1 plum, large bowl watermelon
S: 1 chobani plain, 1 SF fudgesicle
D: Vodka gimlet, meatloaf, zucchini and onion sauteed in butter w/melted cheese
D: 200 calories worth of something!

B - small cup of coffee w hwc and sf vanilla syrup, 1 small grain free sugar free banana protein powder pancake with a tsp. of crunchy peanut butter
L - plain yoghurt with Mio added, club soda with sf vanilla syrup
D - Plain vegetables bell pepper, onion, carrot, celery, broccoli and shrimp, pork, chicken meat with one packet soy sauce. Ate half from Chinese restaurant.
Still hungry but will be heading to bed soon as I played volleyball today and had a terrible time with one of the new adopted cats. He won't stop meowing. He has been neutered but since he's a stray, I think he already learned to just meow anytime he wants anything :( great UD that was more like an MD but hopefully tomorrow our kitty is better :aprayer:

I'm back from 2 weeks in ca and will be on track starting tomorrow!

Uuad today- 9 course meal tonight for our 9th wedding anniversary. Pics are on my FB page.
