B: DE in water, espresso protein shake (120)
L: Chili w/habanero hot sauce (180)
D: Either cucumber/tomato with WF dressing (75) or another shake (120)

I'm with you Dawn! I'm so happy to read your siggy line this morning as it is so motivational, along with your gorgeous avatar piccy!

This is my plan for now. I may switch it up to just HB eggs and broth.

B: decaf coffee - as much as I want - no limits! :)
L: will hold off lunch as late as possible. In my plan now is a lettuce and spinach salad with 2 oz turkey and 1 HB egg, and 2T Maple Grove Farms Rasperry Vinagarette dressing (174)
S: Raw vegs (at graduation party) (est 66 cals)
D: Chicken broth, HB egg (115)

I'm not sure if that lunch salad will make me MORE hungry. We'll see - I might just stick with broth and HB egg for lunch too. Would love to hear what works for others in terms of veggie volume.

Here goes day no 7 for JUDDD

Coffee plain

Water, green tea and diet coke thru day

Saveing all cal for supper time or later .

I will spend all 322 cal at the end of day today.

Thanks Beth! I like a good blend of protein and bulk, but others do well with mainly protein, or mainly fat, or mainly bulk. It's all trial and error.

Thanks - I am excited to keep trialing! There is SO much great information in this JUDDD section about what has worked for others - lots of ideas to work with. Can't go wrong here!

I need a good, cleansing fat-fast day.

B: Coffee/HWC
L: Coffee/HWC or maybe soda/HWC
D: Cream cheese

Total 400 calories tops, if all goes as planned.

Beth, I usually try not to eat till dinner time on DDs. Then I try to pack in as many green veggies as possible, with some sort of protein. If I get really hungry, a cup of English Breakfast Tea with skim milk usually works wonders. Before JUDDD I'd never have believed I could possibly fast all day!


It's 16:45 and so far, so good :)
Dinner: Steamed collard greens and courgette spaghetti with tomatoes, smoked mussels and ff Greek yogurt - 210 cals.
Cuppas: 45 cals

Total: 255 cals
That leaves me a few calories for a bit of something if I feel hungry near bedtime. :cool:

I forgot to have my shake until I was already on my way to my hair appt, so no breakfast today.

Lunch was my standard chili.

Dinner was cucumber with garlic salt.

Total = 218 calories

So yesterday was an MD. It was planned. I fasted all day because I had an engagement party last night. It was so hot yesterday and I was outside all day. I don't think I've ever drank that much water in one day. Feeling great today though.

I ended up having 4T HWC in my coffee through the afternoon rather than the salad. Had vegs as planned at the party. Had chicken broth when I got home. Instead of HB egg I had some LF cottage cheese and blueberries. I ended up at 500 cals on the nose.

It was a hungryish down day. I suspect the food stress related to the party (worrying about it ahead of time and avoiding it while I was there) might have contributed to making it a bit of a rough day. I'm very happy that I stuck to my guns and never really had any thoughts of NOT sticking to my guns.
