UD Friday - WOOHOO plan?
 
It's Friday !! I am so dang Happy I could scream! Or doa a Happy Dance! :cool:

B - 2 eggs toast 315c
S - protein granola bar 190c
L - chicken and tomato/mozz salad 440c

D - eating out with my DS14. It's his choice, so I'll have to wait to see. I have about 1000c to use, so I will be good!

My normal, boring UD menu.

B: Everything bagel with cream cheese, coffee, iced tea, 2t DE in water (gradually increasing)
L: Banh Mi with sriracha
D: ??

late lunch of homemade yoghurt & honey, drink of apple juice
D: Steak, fried onions and peppers, steamed veg

I decided i'll have another UD tomorrow as i have a friend coming for dinner, didn't want to sit with a tiny portion and no wine! Will be back to rotations Sunday...

I may get crazy and have Pho for lunch instead of my beloved Banh Mi. :dunno:

I got to taste the Pho the other day Dawn, and it was heavenly. Low cal too, I'll bet! My first reaction was "This will be perfect in the winter!"

B: Coffee/HWC, 2 fried eggs, few bites of peach that wasn't good enough to finish
L: Couscous with butter (haven't had that in ages)
D: Vodka gimlet, meatloaf, broccoli and avocado salad
D: Probably! :yummy:

Calories in Pho aren't horrible (400-650 depending on which kind), but it's definitely carb heavy with all those rice noodles. The broth is very complex, which I love. I found some Pho paste at our local Asian market and have tried it. It was pretty good, and I added a little basil, and I think it came to something like 20-40 calories with no noodles or bean sprouts, etc. Perfect for a DD.

Dawn, I know I've said it before, I do NOT know how you eat the same thing so often. I get to where just smelling XX can make me sick if I eat it too much. YOU GO GIRL!

Okay, so I went with the Pho for lunch and I was starving 2 hours later. My Banh Mi keeps me satisfied for hours on fewer calories. Lesson learned.

S: 0% plain Greek yogurt with Ez-Sweetz
D: Steak, green beans, pineapple
C: My own category for "cocktails": Rum with Minute Maid light mango/passion fruit juice. I tried this last UD and it was so good!

Decided I could fit a grilled cheese in with my ice cream bar, so

B- iced tea
L- tuna w/ mayo -305 cals.
D- pizza salad -472 cals., 4g carbs, net
S- grilled cheese on LC bread, sugarfree Klondike bar -510 cals., 24g carbs, net

Only 751 cals short- maybe that's closer to a MD- which I've never done
It will be interesting to see how I feel tomorrow
I'm not anticipating anything uncomfortable
