UP Day - Wednesday, plans?
 
Good morning all! Summer has arrived. Supposed to get really HOT/STICKY this weekend. Such is, only 3 tournaments remaining for softball. Have yet to really get HOT, so I guess it's time! :laugh:

B - 2 eggs, waffle 280c
S - cottage cheese/peach 100c
L - tuna casserole 380c
S - protein granola bar 190c
D - BBQ chicken, baked potato and grilled corn/zucc salad

Probably some wine too. We are having friends over tonight.

D: Minced beef with vegetables

Somewhere around 1700 to 1800 kcals

L: ??? Might be trying Banh Mi at a nearby Vietnamese restaurant
D: Vodka gimlet(s), chili

It seems like I may have a whole lot of calories leftover. I'll have to come up with something fun. Today may be a good s'mores blizzard day!

Hi all! My UD calories according to the calculator are 1806. The following plan comes in at 1860 which I'm calling close enough!

B: Broccoli & cheese omlette, cherries, julian toast with SF jam
L: Chicken salad, celery, SF Jello
S: 1.5 oz cheddar cheese
D: Beef/cream cheese/mushroom skillet, Dannon Light & Fit Greek yogurt

That's my story and I'm stickin' to it!!

LOL I had a lot of fun mixing up some favorites from WW ideas AND LC ideas for breakfast. That felt like non-diet rebellion - a fun feeling!

L: Banh Mi with Sriracha (LCG, if you try it, let me know what you think!)
D: Bison burger, California blend steamed veggies

Lots of calories left over, may add a starch to dinner.

Rum and diet Coke or chardonnay after dinner.

I was going to adjust my calories, but I'm down 30 pounds today-
that's a 1 1/2 pound "woosh"- so I'm not gonna mess with calories yet.

:) Still busy, thanks for asking, i think my year's work is compressed into 4 months! I was up until midnight last night and up at 6am this morning, will probably be the same tonight too. Still i can't complain - it's good to have the prospect of money coming in instead of a constant stream out :lol:

It's actually been almost hot here in the UK today. :yahoo:


Brunch: Muesli with CO, butter and ff Greek Yogurt - 450 cals
Afternoon: 2 cappuccinos - 120 cals
Dinner: Big salad with tinned tuna, avocado, olives and real mayo - 675 cals
(I'm full! :yummy: It felt very decadent stirring in that big spoonful of mayo :D)
2 Cuppas: 30 cals.

Total so far = 1275

That leaves me 200 calories to spend, so I'll see how I feel later.

OMGosh! Where has this been all my life? It was wonderful! They asked if I wanted spicy and I said yes, and it was perfect. Not too much mayo and like your place, lightish on meat and generous w/veggies, so I counted 400 cals to be safe. :yummy: Thanks for introducing me to this food Dawn!

such a BAD idea, on so many levels. Lowcarb went to hell, and I was still
eating at 9:30PM. On the bright side, though, I came within 3 calories of
my target!

Wrapping up the day with 2035 cals.; 63g carbs, net :eek:
