DD Tuesday - plan?
 
Good morning all! How is everyone this FINE Tuesday a.m.??

Not sure what I will eat today. I have this at the office:

2 eggs 140c (with toast 215c)
lettuce, chicken tender, tomato, cottage cheese 135c
soup 280c


The soup probably won't happen. Heck, not sure. Tonight will be steamed veggies. WE have brocc that needs to be used. Along with mushrooms and zucc.

Goal, 600-700c

Good morning Cindy! My DS14 that is following 2000/1000 JUDDD is living off frozen meals this summer. The Budget gormet has a salsbury steak mean with potatoes for 180c, HE LOVES IT! I snagged about 15 of them when they were on sale a couple weeks ago for $.88! Since he eats up to 1000c on a DD, he sometimes eats 2 at one setting. He loves that it is portion control and Calories figured in one little box. No thinking, just heat and eat! ;)

I will be sticking to a mostly liquid Down Day today again, trying to head into my retreat weekend from a strong base. So...

Green smoothie

Sigh. That looks boring to me. Oh, well. Not every day can be interesting. I have plenty of tasks to do today to keep my mind happy. Including shopping for fabric with Littlest, for a quilt she wants to make.

I used to love Budget Gourmet, especially their vegetable sides. I haven't thought about those in years.

I think at my store the normal price is 2 for $3

Sirtain, when my DD11 isn't pleased with what's for Lunch, Dinner or such, I tell her, It's A meal, not your LAST meal! ;) Of corse, you will have to think that all day long.....My DD11 hates it when I say that too! ;)

It's a Coffee/HWC day for me here. I'm aiming for 300 calories, but will allow up to 400 if I really need it.

I'm noticing about myself that I really like mono-food eating on DDs. It's so simple, and if it's something I love, is not a hardship at all. I think that's why the Coffee/HWC works for me.

I've been craving watermelon, and if I can get to the store tomorrow, I'll get a big one and cube it up so I can just munch at that all day next DD. I'll have to portion out the max I can have, and hopefully it's plenty to keep me satisfied. Seeing as how it's mostly water and sugar, it may be a hungry day, but I'm willing to try it.

1 edge lc drink
1/2 Atkins morning meal square
lots of water thru out the day.
This puts me to with in 5 cal. to day total
Every body have a great DD. Remember its only one day we can make it!

I don't do the mono-food thing, but I have pretty much the same thing every DD. Works for me.

Watermelon would leave me too hungry I think, though 100g is only 30 calories, so you could have a LOT. I sometimes have watermelon as a DD treat after I've had my other foods. May add some in tonight. I have a half a small watermelon in the fridge that needs to be eaten. :D

High fat/higher cal DD for me today

B- full cal BP coffee (240)
L- coffee with HWC (50)
D- 1/4 C tuna, HB egg, 1 Tbsp mayo (240)

somewhere in there I may incorporate a tbsp of Olive oil instead of coffee with HWC, I dunno. Not the least bit hungry right now

I am doing ok...started having hunger *pains* a little while ago...still only 40 calories, and it's 1:20 pm. Thinking of coffee instead of food, but still not completely sure. I have 10 minutes to decide lol.

D- probably skipping dinner- I'm just now finishing lunch and it's going on 3:00 here

Not really a plan as I've already had it, apart from the last cuppa.

Went window shopping today and bought a lovely jacket! :D
Wasn't hungry but had a cappuccino just so I could sit down for a while! - 60 cals

Just had an enormous dinner of courgette and cucumber spaghetti with salad and an egg scrambled with mushrooms 330 cals. :yummy:

Plus 2 cuppas 30 cals

Daily total = 420

I didn't do coffee all day and ate my planned turkey w/pickle and LC cheese for lunch. 2 cups of coffee w/H&H later, I'm at 250 for the day. If I can, I may leave it there...would be my lowest DD so far, lol. Ever. :)

I pretty much passed out at 7 tonight and just woke up to catch the end of game six of the NBA finals. I'm thinking that since I've been so exhausted the last two evenings after a relaxing weekend I might be heading towards a cold. Going to see how Wednesday goes.
