Up Day Saturday- Plans
 
We are having our Father's Day a day early, so breakfast will be at Denny's, my Honey's favorite! The rest of the day is still up in the air.

My dad is in town so I'm heading to brunch in a little bit. So glad it's a UD because I tend to gorge on fruit and eggs when at brunch.

B- 2 slices bacon, 2 eggs scrambled with 1 Tbsp HWC and 1/4 C cheese, coffee with HWC and CO
L-
D- 1/2 chicken, 1 C veggies with 1 tbsp soy sauce, cheeseburger
snack- 1/4 C almonds, 2 wasa crackers with Laughing Cow wedge

Total- 1645

An almost 12 hour fast, riding to and from work, and a long shift at work = hungry Demonica!:laugh:

B - cup of coffee w hwc and sf vanilla syrup, home made grain-free, low sugar banana bread
L - two hamburger patties w cheese and a small sf vanilla iced coffee from mcds
D - three home made chicken wings baked with a tiny bit of low sugar, mustard bbq sauce
S - 1/4 cup regular plain yogurt with mio, home made deep fried havarti sticks that caused SERIOUS gastric distress after avoiding oils and fats for so long :down:
I was still a bit hungry but didnt eat anything else.
I spent Friday at a waterpark with no lines, so probably clocked in about 3000 stairs and didn't eat nearly enough cals. Still sore! Friday was an MD as calorie output was too high for a DD, but back on track today (Sunday)!
