UD Friday--what are you having?
 
B: lamb burgers on oopsie rolls with onion, tomato, mayo
L: salad (lettuce, turkey breast, cucumber, tomato, onion, yogurt/mustard/EVOO dressing), cottage cheese with raspberries and blackberries
S: yogurt with fresh fig
D: baked wild salmon, steamed cauliflower, 1 tsp CO

1608 cal/61 gr carbs

The family did take out Chinese food last night and I fought the urge and stuck to my DD (130 calories for the entire day :up: ), so I might eat some leftovers tonight. Sounds great, but I hate to get the water weight gain.

Otherwise I have some raw mixed nuts (200 calories) and a huge apple (110 calories) to start my day in a few hours.

B: 1/2 slice banana cc bread, coffee with sf creamer
L: 1/2 rotisserie chicken sandwich, 1 serving chips, diet soda
S: ff Greek yogurt with strawberries
D: thin crust pizza, cocktails
Approx 1850 cals

Can I just say cocktails. Cause there will be many consumed this evening. Ugh, just one of those weeks!

B- Nothing

L- Left over meatloaf sandwich and 1/4 of a box of kraft mac n cheese (had some dental work done today and I'm sticking with mushy, soft foods)

D- Well, besides the cocktails I'm planning, not sure yet. DH is busy tonight, my usual girls are all busy with family in town for father's day weekend, and two of my girls went out of town. So I think I'm actually on my own tonight. Hate going out to eat alone on a Friday night, but, after this week I wouldn't mind spoiling myself! I'm thinking Sushi might be on the menu.
