Happy Hump Day!

2600 Calories

B: Nothing. Although I wanted breakfast, I skipped. Last week I was eating breakfast everyday which is something I have NEVER done. And it made me hungry for breakfast on DD's, which in turn made the entire DD difficult too do.

L: One of my FAVORITE things is Dumplings Wednesday with a good friend of mine. Every once in a while we're both in downtown and can meet for lunch and we always get dumplings from a fantastic place. I always get 10 steamed spinach and tofu. They are SO GOOD I dream about them at night. And it's been almost 2 months since I've had them. And..... they were disappointing. :sad: I threw half of them out.

S: Cheeseburger Happy Meal. I was kinda hungry driving home since I threw half my lunch out but didn't want to gorge on fast food. So a HM keeps my portions small. (I could just order small sizes and achieve the same result for less $. Yet, I don't trust myself to actually order the small).

D: I'm making something called Steak Pizzaiola. It's an Italian thing. Steak slow cooked in tomato sauce for hours over rice.

Dessert: I've been making the 3-2-1 cakes a lately. On UD's I add some rainbow sprinkle frosting. I think I will have one. And then one extra spoonful of frosting too. :lol: What is wrong with me :D

I had a rough DD on Monday, so yesterday was a DD and today turns into an UD. :stars:

Lunch (at 3pm) - trail mix, apple and some low cal popcorn

Dinner - homemade tacos and chips and salsa


Shooting for my 1400. Dh and I might go for a drink, and if so, I'll keep it to one drink and be more careful at dinner.
