I'm going to try to fast with HWC, coconut oil and MCT oil. I did it Thursday and felt great!

A beautiful warm sunny day here in the NW of Scotland! It's a DD and i have a social event to go to this evening - just drinks with the neighbours but i'll stick to sparkling water if i can, i'll probably eat something before i go so i don't get tempted by the nibbles The thought of weigh in day tomorrow will keep me on the straight and narrow!

B: Black coffee
L: Stewed apple
D: Homemade yoghurt, honey, homemade orange jelly

Total 506 kcals

Next week i may try to reduce my DDs to 450 but the last time i did that i just got ravenously hungry on my UD and it turned into an UUAD but it may have been my hormones as TOM turned up just after. Will have to experiment and see.

I got FF cool whip and it's 15 calories for 2T. I have found it helpful for something sweet on DDs. I keep it frozen. I sometimes put a T or 2 in diet root beer.

Today is my first DD trying the HWC and coffee for all calories.

I try never to eat before 3 pm anyway, so I have no clue yet how it'll go. I'm excited to try it, though. I'm not going to really limit my calories too much - usually I try not to go above 200 - but with this I might allow up to 400 just to experiment.

Espresso with frothed HWC in small cup dusted with nutmeg and SF vanilla syrup (60 cals)
1 tsp. greek yoghurt blended with water and MIO (20 cals)
Peggy's bread slice with WF marshmallow spread (60 cals)
Bit of a leisurely low cal breakfast today =)
Lunch will be a leftover zucchini bake at (80 cals)
Dinner I might go over slightly as it is SO's brother's birthday dinner, and will be seafood!
I never go lower than 600 cals on a DD so I should have more than enough room for a bigger dinner

The kind I bought is only 20 for 2 T, but I had 2 T of cream as well. I know I could have had something for less cals, but I enjoy the taste. I tried 5 cal a T chocolate milk and it was disgusting. Poured it out and drank what I wanted. Usually I buy the FF whipped cream too, but it's not much difference.

I will have coffee at church (always!).
I want to make Diet V-8 Splash tropical blend flavor into something with
glucomannan for 10 calories.
I made an apple snack cake- <100 cals/slice- I might cut into that today,
too.

So far, though- 0 cals, 0g carbs, net

I don't know what I want to do today! Yesterday I had decided I would have a 400 calorie or so normal eating DD. I don't want to overdue or burn myself out on the coffee/HWC DDs, but dang, they're going so good. I'll just start out with it for breakfast, which I always do anyway on a DD, and then see how the day goes.

I'm planning iced cafe au lait, some salmon with homemayo, and a fruit and vegetable smoothie. Last time I had the smoothie, I dropped quite a bit the next day. Probably coincidence, but I wouldn't mind it happening again.
