Don't know if anyone has had more time to look at this but my first trip through the website, they don't actually tell you what to do, they just want you to buy their video. Did anyone else find any actual information? Maybe I missed it...

Sounds like a spin on the Tupler technique. There's a book called Lose your mummy tummy by Julie Tupler. I found out I had diastasis recti after my pooch wouldn't go away post baby. I looked it up online and I found a way to test yourself for it. There are exercises you can do, mostly that target the transverse ab muscles and pelvic floor. You do not want to do exercises that cause you to push the abs outward.

I finally watched the video associated with the article and it doesn't give any more information than what's in print.
