DD Friday: Menu and plans

Kayaking tomorrow. I hope the weather is warm because despite the stiffness I can't wait to get on the water.

B: BPC made with 1 Tbsp MCT oil and 1 tsp sunflower lecithin. Subtotal 158kcals

L: as above or spiced tea with added MCT and lecithin. Subtotal 158kcals

D: cocoa made with 250ml (1 cup) unsweetened almond milk (32kcals), 1 Tbsp cocoa powder (32kcals), MCT and lecithin. Subtotal 222kcals

Total of 538kcals which is approx. 210kcals above my usual DD allowance but I'm on maintenance break and can have up to another 450kcals additionally if I want them. And this is part of an experiment.

I may have to reduce the MCT-boosted drinks to 2 if I experience any side-effects.

How are you feeling today, SS? I hope you are better. Have fun kayaking tomorrow!

I am easing myself back into rotations as I am still slightly under the weather. I am planning for a 700 calorie day.

B: 90-calorie yogurt, 11 cherries (47 cal), 90-calorie granola bar. (227 cals.)
L: Salad, light string cheese. (About 300 cals.)
D: Light soup, perhaps a few crackers. (Between 100 and 200 cals, depending.)

Jen, I just love your new avatar!!!

I am going to do a PH DD today, waiting until lunchtime to start and then
eating potatoes throughout the rest of the day as desired.

A committment to daily exercise is now mandatory as our 6 year old twin grandchildren will be visiting the last week in June. Jim will only take a day or two off of work so I'd better get in the best shape possible!

I have some fresh green beans I am going to cook up with some olive oil, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese for dinner. Nothing else planned.

I kept it to the coffee and cocoa with the MCT oil and lecithin as 3 Tbsps of the oil would have been uncomfortably cleansing (ahem).

Lunch was shirataki noodles, charred aubergine and tomatoes for approx. 60kcals with some dehydrated kale chips for an additional 50kcals.
