B- 2 slices bacon, 2 eggs scrambled with 1/4 C cheese and 1 tbsp CO, coffee with HWC
L- cheeseburger sans bun with mayo, mustard and SF ketchup, 1/4 C almonds
D- salmon, 1 tbsp tartar sauce, 1 C broccoli with 1 tbsp butter

There is actually nothing more motivating than jumping on the scale and seeing that you've gained weight. That WILL get my butt in gear!

Coffee with cream and SF vanilla syrup

No idea what I'll be having for lunch or dinner, I have a hard time eating more on UDs after getting used to DDs, and nothing really seems appealing, it's almost like I'm uninterested in food. Will update later

Woke up today feeling like I needed to eat everything in sight, which blows my plan of waiting to eat until lunch. Decided to just go with it and have an UUAD but one where I don't eat until I feel actually sick. Maybe yesterday's 95 calorie DD will help balance this out.

B- 6-7 mini cookies (250 calories) a mini chicken biscuit from Whole Foods (300 calories, yum), coffee w coconut creamer (50 calories): 600 calories
L- turkey sandwich w provolone (350 calories) bag of bbq potato chips (340 calories): 700 calories
D- Not sure, might be McDonalds because I've been craving it

Such a glutenous day! I'll try to throw in some veggies so I get something nutritious in there

B: Everything bagel with cream cheese, coffee, iced tea (my usual)
L: ?? Banh Mi, or maybe a jalapeno turkey burger
D: ?? I've been trying to get to cooking my spaghetti squash and ground elk, but haven't been able to yet. Keira's on a field trip and won't be home until after 6:00, which will put dinner closer to 7:00 (we usually eat at 5:30), so we'll see what happens. We may just pick something up, or go out to eat after I get her from school.

Not much of a plan today.

L: 2 cheese hot dogs, no buns
D: Vodka Gimlet, roast beef, broccoli/avocado salad
D: A couple of peaches, if they're ripe enough

Not too sure.

Starting at 3 pm with a huge pink lady apple and some crackers and my beloved mini brie from trader joes.

I'll still have about 1100 calories left and I have no clue what to do with them. I may suggest a movie for tonight with the kids (Iron Man 3 - we love super hero movies ) and eat all my calories in crappy theatre food.

Really disappointed in my UD lol. I have had all of my calories and only one small meal. How is that possible?!! Yet, the calculator doesn't lie.

B-2 cookies that I took home from the party yesterday (estimated 300 calories total)
2 cups of coffee w/HWC (200)

L-junior cheeseburger, small tater tots, junior-sized caramel sundae - 1210!!!

1 regular Coke - 140

ETA: I'm not hungry, but really wanted to have something later, and also a couple of drinks. I probably still will do that, but I will be way over. Poor planning for sure!

A few drinks will get you part of the way there, Pami. I know it's past 7 pm (here at least), but a handful of nuts would do the rest.

Thanks Cindy-
I ended up with a hamburger- and I'm within 115 calories of my target.
Only nuts in the house are pistachios- and the cats.

That's a good place to have ended. I wish I had ended up 115 below instead of where I did--about 1000 over.
