My days are backwards. How do I get back to normal?
My work schedule has me so messed up on my days right now. Through the week and half the weekend, I work 2nd/3rd shift (8 pm to between 1 and 2 am) and the other weekend day has been a swing shift of about noon to 6 pm. Last Friday night I got off at 1:15 am and had to be back in at 8 am for a meeting. My appetite is completely backwards. I'm nowhere near hungry enough to eat during the day. Food doesn't even sound appealing until later afternoon. Then after I get off work, I'm ravenous. Until I can figure out how to get back to a somewhat normal appetite and UD/DD schedule, I've just been sticking to HFLC.
Any ideas on how to get back to somewhat normal? I though about trying MUDDD, but as hungry as I am when I get off work, UD dinners for me are NOT a good idea.:laugh: Sleeping on a full stomach doesn't help weight matters for me.
