You know, one of the things I really love are dumplings made with gluc. Denny hates them (it's a texture thing for him). But I really love them and they fill me up. They don't work for DDs though because you use so much oil to cook them in, or maybe I need to try again! I mix up chicken broth and sambal oelek with more garlic powder and coconut aminos and a tiny bit of sesame oil. Then spinkle a spoon of glucomannan onto a plate. Then I pour the liquid into the plate. It sits there and you kinda shift and move them so it makes all the dry powder into an opaque "jelly". You pick it up in pieces and stir fry it in olive oil and WF Asian dressing and it's soooo good! I have them with broccoli slaw made Asian.

May have to experiment.

The kid has a field trip tomorrow, so it will be an early night. I have to have her at school at 5:45 a.m. DH has a class tonight, so I may just pick up dinner, either a Subway salad (110) or another chili (180) + CLA (13).

400-550 is the plan today.
Dinner ended up being pizza made with 1 low carb tortilla, 1/8 C pizza sauce, 1/8 C shredded reduced fat mozzarella, 8 1/2 turkey pepperoni slices, and a sprinkle of freeze dried garlic, for less than 150 calories.

Calling it a day, perfectly content, at 346 calories.

Wound my day up with 2 mugs of coffee/hwc and one large glass of iced coffee/hwc - 300 calories! I don't feel hungry at all, but I am looking forward to eating tomorrow!
