Can I suggest something just kinda wacky.....switch your days around. If today is a UD, do an UD today AND tomorrow then do a DD on sat. and go from there rotating again. When I get stuck I found that if I mix it up like that I start to lose again. Our bodies kinda get used to what we are doing then we have to shake it up with a hey look still doing it thing. When I start messing with UD/DD calories I get hungry and start to sway from the plan. But just rearranging the days helps! You will find that you wont be hungry switching rotations like that too, atleast I never was. I have had to switch rotation like that 3 different times now in a year and a half. But once I do the losses start again. I am a slow loser too, so I understand the frustrations. Hugs to you!!
