I'm still deciding for sure what I want for meals, but I've planned my treats. I'm having animal crackers and a cinamon twist. I'm even toying with the idea of cookies and milk before bed. I'm no paragon of nutrition for sure! I'm six weeks on Juddd and only two weeks into trying out the carbs, so maybe the affair will be just an infatuation. We'll see.

Cindy - now that the peach stand is open by our house, my kids are loving the peach smoothies I make for them. Got to love summer!

Dawn - your dinner, sounds very adventurous!

D - steak/ tomato salad with WINE, we are having friends over for dinner/grilling

I made the easiest lemon bars that are 95c each. My DS14 (who is following JUDDD) loves them. Although I can't stand lemon, they are also not GF, so I will just sit back and have another glass of wine!

Anyone else have trouble eating more calories on an UD after a DD? I finally get used to eating so little and then it seems like a bother to eat more and I'm dissuaded from it

Whopper Junior (no pickle) and sweet potato fries It's probably been 10 years since I've had a Whopper Junior, and I'm eating the bread, too!!!

Nothing some alcohol can't take care of. Seriously, I don't have any problems...usually have to reign it in, in order to not go over. I have already had 560 calories before lunch!! I will have 250 at lunch, plus a cucumber if I want it and will *try* not to snack before dinner...probably will have a 500-700 cal dinner, plus dessert of some sort and will definitely make 1800.

Monica, I plan on getting some fresh peaches this weekend. We have lots of peach farms here. They will definitely make it into my shakes next week.

This is seriously one of my favorite meals ever. Sounds delicious!

B- iced coffee w sugar free creamer and half n half x 2 (150 calories)
L- turkey sandwich with provolone and salami (450 calories)
D- flap steak on the grill with rice on the side (500 calories)

Leaves enough room for an ice cream cone, which I have been craving. Maybe a bag of chips with lunch too!

I forgot DH had a class tonight and I didn't feel like cooking for just Keira and me. We had KFC and fresh pineapple. I'm now having my after dinner cocktail and will still have 100 calories to use. Chocolate is in my future.
