I hope that the sunshine persists tonight as I have more planting up to do in the garden tonight (tho' I might need DH to help more than he usually does). (Sorry about above post, the connection died and the edit window timed out.)

B: Coffee with 1tbsp MCT oil (126kcals) and 1tsp sunflower lecithin (32kcals). Subtotal = 158kcals

L: Broccoli soup (140kcals) with seed and seaweed crackers (180kcals). Subtotal = 320kcals

D: Chicken (200kcals) with baked butternut squash and roasted vegetables (250kcals for veg). Subtotal = 450kcals

Running total = 978kcals. So, I need to take some potato starch (4tbsp = 160kcals) which leaves me 350kcals or so for some cocoa-covered almonds after dinner or a sliver of cheese, if nothing else happens.

Marking my spot. I don't know if I'll eat anything before noon, or if there's nothing good for lunch at work, anything before 4pm. We will see! Just having 2 cups of coffee with SF creamer right now.
D-will be chicken stirfry with veggies and brown rice.

Good morning!

I have my art class tonight (aka Hen Party). A friend from SC will be in charge of the menu, so I will be saving almost all of my calories for the unknown but sure to be delicious menu. It will be accompanied by wine, as well. I had a strict DD yesterday and held calories to 135 in anticipation.

I had 2 cocoa-covered almonds, some oat & linseed crackers with some Parmesan cheese and a smidge of caramelised onion after dinner. That's somewhere around 350-370kcals so rounds out just on my UD allowance after allowing for the potato starch.

I wasn't counting much today, but I think not bad so far:

B: trying out different cereals. 1oz of chocolate Krave. 1oz of Honeycomb. 1oz of barbara's puffin's shredded oats. Some with whole milk, some with almond/coconut milk.

I think I had vitamins and some iced tea? :confused:

L: cleaned out the freezer to make room for more ice cream (see blog: Just Fork It: Dreaming of Frozen Yogurt ) :)
Found 2 flatout wraps
had 1 with 2 pcs of provolone, 7 small slices of salami
had 1 with a medium leftover hamburger and 1 slice of cheddar

So now it's almost dinner... DH just called, I think we're having Subway. And ice cream.

Traveling for work all week. And having a really, really rough time at work at the moment. So this will be a really challenging week for me to NOT emotionally eat.

But, as today is an UD, I will indulge! :)

B: Coffee, I don't think I will ever learn to eat before noon

L: took a great client out to a fabulous lunch. James Beard Award winning chef. Spectacular. Snapper Carpaccio with chili oil, mint, and grapefruit, and some amazing Oysters as our appetizer. Grilled AmberJack, Shrimp, and Sea Scallops with Harissa over couscous as a main, and the most amazing Blueberry cake thingy with ginger ice cream for dessert. Oh, it was heavenly!

D: Just got to the hotel so room service it is. Noshing on a Wedge salad at the moment as I feel I will need both typing hands for my Blackened Tilapia Tacos. Hmm, I guess it's a seafood day.

AndyBFK, that is a delightful day's menu. The seafood reads as if every mouthful was delectable.:yummy:
