Congratulations. Your dedication has paid off. JUDDD worked for me but very SLOWLY.

Keyboard messed up....back to my phone to post, usually what I do anyways.

Weight loss is such a mystery no rhyme or rhythm. It will do what it wants to do when it wants, all you can do is keep on keeping on and your body will eventually catch up...

I just wanted to post this for anyone who is frustrated not to give up!!

That such great news! Congratulations on that whoosh - it really makes all the effort worth it.

Well done Repto, patience is a virtue...

See my quote below. The relax bit is often the hardest.

I'm one who gained in my 3rd week, so I know what you mean. It's :stars: , but once you accept that the plan works and keep plugging along, eventually you get a reward. :high5:

Well done, RG!!! Patience does have it's rewards. ;)

Gotta love those wooshes! I know how you feel. I too was stuck, for like 2 weeks, and then all of a sudden woosh, I dropped 10lbs. I thought for sure I would bounce back up to close to where I was, but surprisingly I didn't. I think I'm just one of those people whose going to loose in batches instead of little bits everyday. Doesn't stop me from weighting everyday though.

I know that was how I was and I think that is very common with juddd.

I'm so happy for you RG!

My third week was hard, I was very hungry, started to second guess myself. Messed up my days, confused myself :stars:. I ended up drawing a line under it and started fresh.

I found that meal replacement shakes make my dd easier. Less stress and no calorie counting, weighing, or food thoughts. Also I went back to focus on the plans structure, re-read chapters in the book. Feeling very positive about it all again.

Well done reptogirl and AndyBFK on those amazing losses!

Carly, That's very encouraging to hear as you have done so well on your weightloss! I thought it might just be a coincidence, as I've only been on plan 2 months or so. But, tracking in the daily weight threads (and keeping my own daily journal of weigh ins from JUDDD and from Atkins) has really brought this to light. As long as the losses do happen, I think I can deal with the losses coming this way.

Good Luck RG!!!!
